Main Duties and Responsibilities 1. General and Site Management a) To be responsible for the oversight and day to day efficient and effectivemanagement of the Haven sites coordinating and linking with all staff groups including clinical teams and key partners such as the Metropolitan Police. b) To support day to day line management guidance to Administrators and other admin staff not part of reception staff team where requested by the Service Delivery Manager, Business Support (SDM, BS).c) To respond to daily problems and ensure that issues are swiftly resolved. The Royal Free Hospital Palliative Care team provide a seven day service for patients with malignant and non-malignant conditions who have specialist palliative care needs. The team consists of palliative medicine consultants, palliative care clinical nurse specialists and a team administrator providing excellent palliative care to patients in the inpatient hospital setting. The role of the Clinical Support Worker within the Hospital Division can be demanding but is rewarding as you support the service user to recovery and readiness for discharge during their stay.
