Key Result Areas & Performance: 1. To analyse and interpret situation/information to identify and assess to resolve a range of problems/highly complicated issues: computer / communication system errors, application problems, user computer problems, network/datacentre/VoIP issues and data errors and fix within required IT SLA standards. 2. Job Summary St Josephs Hospice has an exciting role on offer within the Volunteers Team. We are seeking an experienced Volunteering Support Officer who ideally has previous administration experience and an understanding of working with volunteers and is able to provide support to volunteering admin across the team. Main Duties You will be responsible for the day to day admin in the team, including applying for volunteers references, DBS checks and uploading adverts onto recruitment sites. You will also have an opportunity to assist in volunteer information session and training and provide other admin support as needed. You will have proven administration, organisation and communication skills, experience of communicating with a diverse range of people, and be able to work independently. You may also have experience of supporting in group workshops and delivering presentations. You will need: Effective communication and interpersonal skills Excellent IT Skills with the proven ability to use a variety of IT Packages & databases. Excellent organisation and time management skills. A positive attitude & the ability to problem solve. This role is critical in ensuring Affinity Trust is positioned as a partner of choice within the evolving health and social care landscape, providing innovative and person-centred services to support people with learning disabilities and autistic people. Job Purpose Support the development of meaningful engagement, involvement and collaboration between Affinity Trust and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and commissioners to build partnerships, understanding and shared learning and intelligence of the integrated health and social care landscape. Ensure the organisation realises its potential as a key strategic delivery partner within Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) where we operate through growth, collaboration, and co-production activities. Lead and coordinate ICS engagement activity within Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health workstreams and play a policy support role for the Operations and Development teams in engaging with the ICS and strategic partners. Secure new contracts and funding opportunities to support people in line with place-based ICS priorities.
