Your new role
You will help to provide a property surveying service across your portfolio of homes, a varied role which will allow you to utilise your full range of surveying skills. You will provide technical leadership to a variety of multidisciplinary projects which are delivered by in-house teams and external approved contractors, ensuring that the business maintains compliance with statutory obligations and meets customer expectations.

In addition to the above, you will help the team to deliver an effective defect diagnosis service, providing support in relation to identifying, inspecting, and providing solutions to problems and defects within the housing stock.

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Pipefitter to join our team. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems in various industrial settings. About the role
The role involves surveying customer homes and communal spaces. You will be working alongside our residents and leaseholders taking ownership of ensuring that repairs are managed end to end and to manage issues and complaints that arise before, during or after works. The role
As a Project Planner- Construction, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Hinkley Point C is the first nuclear power station to be built in the UK in nearly 30 years and the site preparation works are now well underway. The role
As a Senior Construction Manager you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Being part of the MEH Alliance working on Hinkley Point C is a chance to be involved in a major project with national significance. You will ensure that the building is delivered on time, budget and quality whilst promoting onsite health and safety including inspections to ensure safety rules are being implemented in support of a positive Nuclear Safety Culture

Day-to-day, you'll;

• Provide and demonstrate a positive HSE leadership, building a strong and compliant HS&E culture throughout the whole construction life cycle of the Project.
• Manage all the day-to-day aspects of construction and site engineering ensuring that safe systems of work are adhered to.
• Manage the interfaces between the MEH partners and subcontractors to ensure building delivery
• Lead, manage and motivate the building construction team through implementation of best practice.
• Ensure productivity reviews are being carried out and reports are available Review of engineering design deliverables, procedures & RAMs.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and is based full time onsite.

Essential experience of the Senior Construction Manager:

• Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent working experience
• Relevant Professional Accreditation or equivalent working experience
• IOSH or NEBOSH

Due to project progression, we are looking for multiple Surveyors skilled in Setting Out, at various levels, to include:

• Surveyor
• Senior Surveyor

Day to day, you will play a key role through carrying out Surveying responsibilities integral in the construction of Hinkley Point C.

• Complete setting out surveys prior to equipment arriving on site for layout of the temporary equipment and the permanent equipment
• Conduct post install location surveys for as built drawings all to the ensure compliance to the designed tolerances
• Review any supplied setting out data to check design co-ordinates against the site grid system to ensure compatibility
• Produce "As-built" surveys of equipment foundations, including cast anchors and embedded plates
• Oversee a team of surveyors on site - exclusive to Senior Surveyor

This position involves manual work. This could include lifting, bending, using tools, or standing for extended periods of time.

This role is full time 38 hours per week, and is based at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset.

Essential experience of the Setting Out Surveyor

• Strong experience of Setting Out
• Experience with survey equipment, such as Total Station and Digital Level
• Experience working on a mechanical piping installation project

• Knowledge of CDM regulations
• AutoCAD (essential) and STARNET (desirable) experience

Your new role
You will join an experienced and passionate existing team of property professionals who are responsible for the strategic input and influence on council owned development and regeneration schemes, which include economy-enhancing plans ranging from acquisitions of community areas through to large mixed-used projects such as Firepool in Taunton.
