Role Description

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you are responsible for managing an inventory of 100+ residential property listings. You are the brain of the Squad you belong to, defining the listing strategies, pricing policies and valuation methodologies. On a day-to-day basis, you review and approve the valuations produced by the pricing analysts, recommend listing prices based on data-driven research and insights, and fuel your team with your expertise.
