Duties

As a design lead with building services experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical and health care industry, particularly the construction of laboratories and clean rooms, you will have the ability to generate commercial designs with an eye for providing unique solutions. With responsibility to lead a multidisciplinary design team from appointment to completion of the project you will oversee the design, technical specification and commercial success of the installation. Along with being the primary point of contact for the client until the construction team are appointed you will have a full understanding of the form of appointment and tasks/deliverables required of it. Demonstrable experience of leading the design and co-ordination of turnkey projects including construction, HVAC, mechanical and electrical works. Experience within the pharmaceutical and health care markets, particularly in the construction of laboratories and clean rooms would be advantageous

Knowledge of ISO19650 in association with the UK BIM Framework, ISO9001:2015 quality systems and CDM regulations, accompanied by the ability to operate at a senior level.

Minimum HNC Qualified in a Building Services or Building Studies subject. We're looking for a Senior Data Architect to join our Digital Technology & Data team on a 24-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. In this role you'll manage and develop our core business systems and reporting architecture, while making sure what we currently have in place meets our needs. You'll work in a hybrid way - splitting your time between home and the office (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

As a Senior Data Architect at Co-op, we'll look to you to help make the most out of our core business systems and reporting capabilities; allowing us to unlock the value of our data and drive decision-making. Working closely alongside our change portfolio, data teams, and enterprise architecture teams, you'll be responsible for the core business systems data architecture roadmap.

What you'll do

• Be accountable for our end-to-end core business systems data architecture
• Manage the core business systems data architecture strategy and roadmap
• Analyse the different process, data, and reporting demands from across the business
• Design data models, logical models, data pipelines, operational data stores and datamarts
• Develop and prepare functional specifications for data architecture
• Develop data architecture guardrails including the data reference architecture
• Work closely alongside colleagues to define metadata layers, technical strategy and optimal integration within our existing IT landscape

This role would suit people who have

• Experience working in a Data Architect role
• A proven track record of successfully managing data architecture within core business systems
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses and business intelligence solutions
• Experience in modelling and governing data in motion and data at rest
• A good understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities
• A good understanding of the finance and property management data domains

Creative Support are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to manage our team of support staff at our Supported Accommodation service in Tameside. We require someone with a good understanding and experience in the field of mental health.

As a Team Leader you will received guidance and support from the registered service manager to help maintain high quality support to oversee the supported accommodation service. You will also join a cohort of experienced regional managers who, alongside the registered manager, will provide peer support to you in your role.

The successful applicant will be supporting active and independent service users with mental health needs with a wide range of interests and goals. No two days will be the same at this service as we support our service users to follow their passions and engage in a range of activities including: meals out, cooking/baking, board games, movie nights, arts and crafts and many more. • To directly lead the team and be responsible for the line management of team members
• To operate as a Team Leader across different streams of support and ensure effective running of services with the support of other senior staff.
• To undertake within your duties direct support to service users.
• To provide person-centred care and support to enable people with mental health needs to live as independently as possible and be part of their community.
• To engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships.
• To undertake assessments of new referrals and ensure robust review processes for those who use the services
• To work closely with other professionals and agencies to provide a coordinated personalised service, which meets the identified needs of individuals, promotes their recovery and maintains their quality of life.
• To deputise for the Mental Health Manager in relevant work areas when required. To provide staff supervision and management, undertaking initial assessments and liaising with other professionals and agencies.
