Role Description

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our construction projects, leading the design process and ensuring that all architectural work meets our high standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and planning process for various construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings.
* Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into functional and creative design solutions.
* Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure designs are feasible and adhere to project budgets and timelines.
* Review and approve design modifications, ensuring they comply with building regulations and safety standards.
* Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented as planned.
* Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing according to schedule and design specifications.
* Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and regulations.
* Ensure compliance with local planning laws, building codes, and safety standards.
* Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and design presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Architect.
* Extensive knowledge of architectural design, planning, and construction processes.
* Proficient in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
* Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and safety standards.
* Excellent creative and analytical thinking skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant degree in Architecture or related field.
