The Role

Reporting to the VP Marketing for the UGG brand, the Senior Director, Global Creative is responsible for Brand visual expression, voice, and its execution across all consumer touchpoints. They are also responsible for  the creative for all campaigns and creative assets across retail, eCommerce, social and media required to support the seasonal marketing calendar. The expectation is to drive innovation, bold creative work, a cohesivive Brand Visual Center and an UGG universe that represents the brand globally. Your Impact

Creative Brand Expression

• Define, evolve, own and implement the UGG Brand creative expression and ’ensure that it is executed through all touch points and placements
• Position our brand as a Global Fashion Lifestyle brand for the culture creators and culture changemakers
• Partner with insights to understand how our consumer segments and their content needs are evolving
• Engage key stakeholders on the content strategy and ensure delivery of the UGG visual center, styling ethos and brand visual guidelines
