Creative Support are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to manage our team of support staff at our Supported Accommodation service in Tameside. We require someone with a good understanding and experience in the field of mental health.

As a Team Leader you will received guidance and support from the registered service manager to help maintain high quality support to oversee the supported accommodation service. Social care analysis will be overseen by the Head of SCG which will work closely with the role. Your role will be to enable to most business effective and efficient systems to support our national approach.

The Social Care Governance Data Manager will oversee and lead on important elements of our Social Care Governance (SCG) processes. You will manage a small team that maintains and develops information management systems to support our central oversight approach. The team works within our Social care governance and Information governance processes which has been established for over 7 years and you will take over an established and well run team within the Quality Department.

A key element of the role is ensure new quality software is developed and implemented helping with localised quality data oversight, recording all audits, training, meetings and quality actions. We have an established duty desk system that runs 24/7 from our Head Office in Stockport. You will maintain and continue to develop a database and tools to assist the smooth running of this essential service.

2. To support efficient processes to aid the Quality team work

Creative Support is seeking an experienced and caring professional to oversee and develop our Out of Hours service (OOHS) based at our friendly Head office in Stockport. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and remain calm when advising and helping staff, service users and other customers when providing phone support. The ideal candidate will be well motivated, innovative and solution focused. This is an Ideal position for someone with experience of similar advisory roles and incident management. Ability to undertake waking night shifts is essential.

The Team leader will take responsibility for the management of the small OOHS team and ensure the overall running and development of the OOHS. They will work on a rota basis over a 7 day week alongside other senior on call advisors and on call advisors. The candidate will be responsible for receiving and logging calls and giving appropriate advice and support to callers, providing an excellent standard of customer care at all times. The core purpose of the role is to respond to social care related issues and incidents arising from Creative Support’s services nationally. Full training and support provided

The post holder will be responsible for leading a long established team as the Out of Hours Service has been in operation for over a decade and offers expert internal advice from 20.00 until 08.00 seven nights a week. The post holder will be required to take a reflect-and-review approach and to continue the good practice of the team whilst introducing innovation to develop it into the future.

NB: The salary hourly rate is combined with a waking night enhancement of £1.50 per hour paid only for nights worked.

The role - Design Manager

As a Design Manager you will be a key part of the technical team and will be working on a £50m high rise development in Manchester.

You will be reporting into the Design Lead and Project Director who are overseeing the development and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Monitor and advise on the procurement of specialist subcontractor's design input in accordance with the Design Programme.
• Ensure that the requirements of the Design Management Plan (DMP) and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) are achieved by all specialist design subcontractors.
• Assist in the commercial and technical review of specialist subcontract tender returns.
• Monitor and advise on the progress and production of specialist subcontractor's design documentation in accordance with the agreed Design Programme.
• Monitor the flow of shared and published design documentation.
• Undertake elemental coordination and technical compliance checks on specialist subcontractor design documentation.
• Undertake design performance reviews for all specialist design subcontractors.
• Assist the Document Controller in archiving all final issue design documentation, for all As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Health and Safety File and Post Construction Stage BREEAM certificate.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Relevant industry degree/qualification

• Leads LOR's design management procedures, providing a functional link between the commercial and construction teams and the designers throughout the project life.
• Implements the processes that enable the design to be challenged and interrogated within a collaborative team framework.

• Ensures design information is thoroughly reviewed: for buildability, safety and maintainability, 'completeness & compliance' and technical suitability before use.
• Assists the Design Leader in promoting innovation in design management, methodology, processes and practices.
• Assists the Design Leader in promoting the application and adoption of the Company's vision and values in all design management activities.

What skills & experience are we looking for?

• Experience end to end in design - from concept to handover.
• First degree in Mechanical Engineering / Other appropriate construction related qualification plus design related experience.
• Healthcare sector specialism as well as deep and broad experience managing the design of construction or building services projects.

The Intensive Support Service has been developed to provide a bespoke adapted supported living services in the Bury /Heywood area of Greater Manchester to adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs and forensic histories.

The service will operate 24/7 using a trauma informed and case management model of care to move three adults out of long stay institutions into their own home in the community. We have developed the new and exciting role of Service Manager to provide operational leadership of the service in a dynamic and sensitive way.

The adults accepted into the service have been identified through the Transforming Care Agenda as those needing to move out of long stay institutions who display behaviour which challenges services.
Accommodation has been sourced and is being adapted around the individuals identified.

Due to the development of the service all staff members recruited will initially be required to work dynamically between the Registered Office and across inpatient settings to ensure the smooth development of the service and excellent transitions of service users until individuals are ready to move into their new home.

We are looking to recruit a new Head of Customer Experience and Safeguarding to work within established team and closely with the Executive team to ensure a robust and bespoke approach to Customer Care management and promote a range of initiatives that engage customer views and opinions in order to inform good quality services. The successful post holder will have excellent experience of social care management at a senior level. They will be a competent, organised and informed manager with a solid knowledge of safeguarding processes. We require a firm commitment to Customer engagement and complaint management to achieve strong outcomes. Excellent report writing skills and verbal and written communication is essential. The South Manchester Mental Health services work with individuals in a variety of settings. The services are recovery focused and aim to further develop our Trauma informed care approach to respond to the housing, wellbeing and health needs of the adults we support. The post holder will get a direct and detailed handover from the previous Service manager who has done the role for nearly a decade. There is a small community team attached to the 7 accommodation services all services aim to support people to move into further independence and work on a skills and assets based approach.

The successful post holder will manage an experienced and dedicated senior team and oversee the service model across South Manchester. The successful post holder will have the support form and work in close liaison with other service managers across the Manchester city area.

We are seeking an individual who has a genuine passion for recovery based approaches. You will have a commitment to social housing and mental health support. The successful candidate will preferably have experience of assessment and referrals and have experience of risk management and service delivery.

The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills as you will have the opportunity to work regularly with other professionals in the sector.
