Responsibilities :

1) Experience in paper print industry.

2) Working under senior, set up, adjusts and operates a variety of machine tools which may included numerical control or computerized numeric control or manual machines. Eg.Lamination, spot uv, hot stamping, gluing and packaging machine.

3) Work closely with co-workers, leaders and production supervisor to fulfill all job requirements.

4) Ensure to carry out machine operation and maintenance in good and safe working conditions

5) Control and run the machine to the fullest extent

6) Being able to identify any faults or problems in operations or maintenance of machines and troubleshoot arising issues

7) Inspect the machine outputs for process and quality control

8) Keep up with safety requirements and maintain a safe work setting at all times

Requirement :

1) Min 5 years of Experience.

2) Familiarity in operating Heidelberg Cylinder Machine is essential.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Provisioning Engineer to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end provisioning of dark fibre services, working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and seamless service activation. This position is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about network infrastructure, particularly in the field of dark fibre, and who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where they can make a tangible impact on customer connectivity.

Technical Knowledge

● Demonstrate a strong understanding of dark fibre networks, including technical specifications, industry standards, and best practices.

• Resolves complex construction problems and uses special bracing requirements for heavy items (automotive equipment, truck beds), sensitive equipment and items (hazardous materials), delicate and sensitive electronic equipment (calibration items).
• Utilizes shop plans, blueprints, and item specifications to develop bracing points based on weight, gravity points, method of shipment, potential for shifting or damage, etc.
• Plans and lays out work and materials in accordance with blueprints, drawings, and specifications; and knowledge of custom wood and wood substitute items.
• Measures and selects proper materials and tools. Determines the type and extent of construction or repair necessary to modify and restore standard and nonstandard containers.
• Sets up and uses a variety of stationary power tools to make construction features such as joints and grooves, lap joints; tongue and grove and doweled edge joints; end lap joints; dado and dado rabbet grooves and joints; and locked corners.
• Sets up, adjusts, and adapts hand and power tools and devices to measure, cut, fit, join, and install wooden parts.
• Maintains and performs operator preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, to include lubrication of power tools and sharpening of saw blades.
