Job Description:
- Provide consultation and offer professional advice to clients on necessary procedures.
- Promoting the various marketing campaigns and activities set out by the manager.
- Promoting and enhancing the sale of beauty products combined with the various beauty treatments.
- Maintaining and keeping the records of all the payments made for the hair removal treatments and the various products.
- Walk clients through procedures to ensure mutual understanding regarding treatments.
- Perform treatments according to company’s procedures & protocols, keeping the details and information of all the treatments taken for each client.
- Assisting in the sales of an accessory and promoting the products.

Requirements:

· Must possess Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy

· Must be qualified and registered with Allied Health Professions Council (Full / restricted registration)

· Minimum 2 years of relevant Singapore working experience

· Prefer candidate who is bilingual to communicate with residents

· Must be physically fit and strong to carry or support the residents

· Must have good attitude, willing to learn, patient, kind, caring and good tempered

Responsibilities:

· Promptly conduct initial intake assessment, 6- monthly reassessments, post-hospitalization/ falls reviews and occupational therapy assessments as required.

· Develop treatment plans for residents and review and evaluate the effectiveness of these plans.

· Conduct equipment prescription, caregiver training and facilitate discharge process as required.

· Document occupational therapy treatment and resident care in an acceptable manner.

· Collect and report outcome statistics regarding occupational therapy treatment and therapeutic group activities.

· Supervise and guide occupational therapy intervention by junior staff.

· Plan and facilitate occupational therapy programmes as required and review and evaluate effectiveness.

· Train junior staff in conducting therapeutic group activities and ensure staff competency. Provide oversight and guidance to the planning, execution and safety of these therapeutic group activities.

As a speech therapist, you are expected to:

• Assess and identify the needs of individual clients to recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions and programmes

Requirements

• Masters or Degree in Speech Therapy or its equivalent (preferably recognised by the Allied Health Professional Council).
