Cosine are working with McCormick foods, the makers of Schwartz Herbs & Spices & are looking for experienced Merchandisers to join their seasonal team. You will start ASAP working full time, 40 hours per week until 29/11/24 (We may have another phase of this going live from 02/12/24 until 28/02/25)

£123 per day including completion bonus + company van and all business mileage.

Ideal location: Glasgow, United Kingdom, G1

Territory covering: Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Paisley and surrounding areas

The role:

• You will be working independently to collect stock from a nominated depot, delivering directly to store, ensuring you are adhering to the back door process.
• You will be replenishing stock in store onto the main fixture ensuring its merchandised to planogram.
• Take photos of finished work and report via an app on actions completed for each visit.
• You will also report on out-of-stock items and ensure that all secondary displays are merchandised and looking fantastic!

Are you looking for work on a part time basis to boost your income? CPM are looking for team members who can join us to place POS (point of sale) and in-store media in Asda. If you are able to work every Wednesday night/Thursday morning (average 2 hours per week*) and have experience merchandising/placing POS we want to hear from you. £15.80 per hour (including holiday pay)

What will I be doing?

You will place POS in designated parts of the store to support a number of brands. Achieving coverage of all POS placement is essential, and you will photograph and report through an online app when completed.

In a typical call you will:

• Sign into the store, and introduce yourself to the key store contacts
• Liaise with the store colleagues to locate the POS previously delivered to store
• Place POS (as required) in pre-arranged sections of the store. We will require you to use a stepladder in store, to place media at height.

Key requirements for this role are:

• You can get to the agreed store/s every Wednesday evening/Thursday morning to complete your visit
• Calls to be completed between 8pm Wednesday and 8am on a Thursday (hours will vary week on week but you will know in advance what hours are needed each week)
• You own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report your visits in store
• Happy to place POS at height using a stepladder
• You are competent / confident using and navigating an app-based system
• You are happy to work in store, spending several hours navigating around the store and potentially moving heavier boxes of POS or stock as required.
• You have great communication and relationship building skills

You will be fantastic in this role if:

• You have good attention to detail.
• Experience working with POS previously

Job Description

The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are optimally displayed and stocked in stores to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel, monitoring and analysing competitor activities, and ensuring the effective execution of promotional activities.
