Position:

The School of Social Sciences (SOSS) invites applications for an open rank (Assistant, Associate, Full Professor) tenure track position in Sustainability, with a specific focus on environmental policy and governance, sustainable development, or environmental sociology to begin in July of 2025. The School is particularly interested in environmental social scientists with an established research and teaching repertoire or high potential for scholarly work on topics related to sustainability, including collaborative governance, the water-energy-food nexus, natural resource management, climate institutions and partnerships, and sustainability governance and analytics. Job Description:·

• Space planning for residential project·
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including floor plan layouts· Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project
• Able to present the proposed design and provide advice on design conceptualization, material, etc to client.
• Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, 3D perspectives and schemes.
• Site supervision and project coordination
• Any ad-hoc tasks given by Management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in construction drawing and rendering in SketchUp software.
• Skill in Autocad, 3D Studio Max & Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Microsoft Excel among others.
• Demonstrated euthusiasm for learning and growth
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as needed.
