Working Hours: 39 hours per week, between Monday to Sunday
Salary: £24,500 to £26,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

- and right now we are looking to recruit for a Ranger to join our team.
In the role of the Ranger, you will manage a large portion of the facility through the hours of operation, to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety and customer service as high priorities.
The role will involve a high level of customer interaction with high profile sports governing bodies other commercial and corporate organisations as well as the deployment and supervision of the operational team, maintaining critical operational cover across the site at all times and managing cash handling processes.
In addition, the role will involve assisting the line manager or leading on contractual compliance documents/practices, performing inspections, cleaning and other physical tasks, greating, providing information and taking payment from customers and taking charge in the event of any emergency situations across site.
You day to day duties will consist of the following:
- Arrive at campsite shop and collect veichle and keys.
- Perform full external site inspection and litter pick
- Unlock external gates
- Liase with area supervisors on operations for the day
- Check incoming bookings and information requests for the campsite
- Communicate with campsite guests on their arrival
- Perform corrective cleaning tasks on the campsite, area responsibility tasks and further inspection of higher used areas and activity area rectifying issues (e.g. full bins) then and there or isolating (where required)/reporting the issues
- Being prepared throughout the day to respond to emergency situations, customer complaints or staff conduct issues.
- Lock external gates

About You
To be considered for this role, you will have previous managerial or supervisory experience in a services environment.
You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, as well as being organised and taking pride in what you do and have good IT skills.
You will also need a full driving license to be considered for this role.
