The Opportunity
As the Pricing Manager, you will lead, manage, and coach a team of skilled Pricing Analysts and Senior Pricing Analysts. You will set the vision and direction for the team, continuously seeking to enhance and streamline processes and workflows, while building resilience to support our current and future operations.
You will be responsible for prioritising, allocating, and coordinating Bespoke Pricing activities. During peak times, you will also personally assist with pricing tasks. Additionally, you will manage relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of customer prices, validations, and fulfilment of contractual obligations.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will oversee the technical and operational delivery of pricing, valuation, and tender responses for EDF Business Solutions (EBS) customers.You will efficiently organise resources and establish processes to ensure the accurate and timely loading of both energy and non-energy costs. Additionally, you will lead investigations and resolve operational errors and issues within the Bespoke Pricing team.
You will manage key interfaces with business owners of data feeds essential for EBS Pricing delivery, cost stack management, and maintenance. You'll also advise on operational solutions to meet bespoke customer requirements and commercial developments, making key feasibility recommendations to the Senior Pricing Manager.By preparing and presenting strategic, commercial, and operational recommendations, you will ensure the best approach is taken to achieve accurate, timely, and competitive pricing for EBS customers.
Who you are
We’re seeking someone with exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of identifying root causes and providing effective solutions. You should also possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence key internal decision-makers.
You’ll have the technical expertise to understand and critically assess customer or regulatory requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions are fit for purpose. Additionally, you must have strong written communication skills, with the ability to document complex issues and processes clearly and accessibly for a diverse audience.
