Increase Guidehouse solution penetration in designated market through account / client relationship management, cross practice coordination within the market, and deep knowledge of regional market

The Denver Sheriff Department (DSD) is seeking a Program Team Liaison to join the team to serve as a liaison between the team and external and internal stakeholders, receive referrals from outside providers, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, represent the team in meetings/events, provide case management and transition supports to people in custody, and support specific program implementation efforts.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

This position will report to the Programs Team Director and work closely with the overall team.  

Specifically, the Programs Team Liaisons duties will include:

• Work in coordination with the Program Managers and support Voting Registration & In-Person Voting, DMV, Social Agency programming efforts.

• Work closely with Denver Health and DSD civilian staff to develop processes for moving individuals between levels of care.

• Experience: Three years experience performing contract monitoring, inspection, or customer service work requiring the effective interpretation and explanation of rules, codes, regulations, and procedures.

• Equivalency:  Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.

• Licensure/Certification:  Requires a valid Driver's License at the time of application. This classification is required to obtain a Special Police Officer certification from the Manager of Safety's Office. This certification is required in accordance with the City Charter and the Denver Revised Municipal Code. Failure to obtain the certification will result in withdrawal of the offer of the position or end probation status. Licenses and certifications must be kept current as a condition of employment.
