What will you be doing as an Activation Specialist:
Our Activation Specialists will visit on-trade venues (pubs, bars, etc) marketing Diageo brands such as Guinness, Smirnoff, Gordon's, Tanqueray, Captain Morgan, and many more.

You will raise awareness of these fantastic products through planning and running events, social media activity, staff training, and creating bespoke cocktail lists for venues.

Day to day our Activation Specialists will be …
* Training staff on the Diageo brands and how to serve them to the industry standard.
* Posting on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter raising awareness of any promotions and events being held at venues.
* Creating bespoke offerings for the outlets, such as cocktail of the week or cocktail menus for events.
* Ensuring Diageo Brands are prominently featured in each venue and staff are talking about our brands to consumers.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well-qualified Head of House. The successful candidate will be responsible for the pastoral leadership of a house within our pastoral team, oversee the care and support of students from year 7 to 11 and will lead a team of dedicated tutors in raising achievement, managing behaviour, improving attendance and continuing to develop the House identity.

Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Early Years Educator)

Location: Kinderworld Nursery
Hours: Full-time (36-44 hours per week), 8.5 or 9 hour shifts between 7:30am and 6:00pm
Salary: Competitive with annual pay reviews

About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner at Kinderworld, you will:
• Support and nurture the development of children across all ages under 5 years, from babies to pre-schoolers.
• Take on key person duties, assisting in planning and delivering fun, stimulating, and educational activities that promote child development.
• Work collaboratively with parents and colleagues to support children’s learning and wellbeing.
• Maintain detailed records of children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child’s development.
• Contribute to the overall smooth running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, warm, and nurturing environment.

Requirements:
• A full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification (Early Years Educator). Please check your qualification at: Check early years qualifications - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
• Experience working with children, specifically those under 5 years of age, in a nursery setting.
• A sound knowledge of the EYFS development framework and child development principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with both parents and children.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of care, learning, and safety for the children in your care.
