The Medication Management in Pain Management Teams (MMPMT) Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner (CPP) performs the full range of accepted ethical and professional practices of pharmacy, observing all legal requirements. The primary role of the CPP is to provide comprehensive medication management services within the Pain Management Team (PMT).

The incumbent has full time responsibility for providing expert pharmacotherapy services for patients and professional staff to optimize patient response and resource utilization.
