The Role

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan
• Business Development – Using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business
• Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue
• Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and your trends within your specific market territory
• Customer Focus – Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular, value you added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help our clients achieve their goals
• Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting regular in-person meetings which will require travel by car and could require travel outside of the driving radius of your office location

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College, required
• A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions
• A track record of commitment to prior employers
• A current and valid driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a driver’s license prior to start date) is required
• Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to start.  Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws
• Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience

As a CoStar Sales Executive for Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lender Team, you will be responsible for growing the relationships with our largest and most important lenders nationwide. You will lead the national sales strategy and goals with the objective of growing CoStar revenue while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our key lenders at every organizational level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement a comprehensive national account strategy in coordination with VP of Major Accounts

• Five or more years of sales experience plus 18 months at a CoStar Sales Executive level or higher meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
• Five or more years of a demonstrated track record of rapidly growing and achieving revenue growth targets
• Three or more years of selling into large national accounts at the C-level

Job Summary

Equinix, a leading global colocation data center provider, is seeking a Sales Transactions Administrator to join our Termination Team. This role will focus on handling contract termination requests and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the termination journey.

The administrator will play a critical role in creating contractual paperwork, handling sensitive contracting information with exceptional due diligence, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Create termination paperwork for customers and ensure prompt processing of necessary actions

• Monitor and manage system requests related to terminations

• Proactively communicate with cross-functional teams to efficiently process terminations and provide updates to customers

• Engages with internal cross-functional/regional stakeholders on approvals and dependent activities

• Keep all impacted teams informed and provide visibility of the terminations process

• Research customer agreements, terms, and any specifics that may affect the termination process

• Utilizes diverse organizational tools, data, and assets to support operational activities

• Obtains management or exception approvals by providing summarized background

• Ensure Early Termination Fees (ETF) are properly calculated per customer contract

• Embraces changes due to audit findings, events or transformation needs; conducts audits and determine remediation/preventive measures

• Handles internal/external customer escalation, and creates post-mortem analysis

• Acts as a resource and role model for colleagues with less experience; develops and manages onboarding plan for new team members

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant professional experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience (desirable) working in Data Center, Cloud or Telecom industry, in Business, Revenue, Sales, Customer Care, Legal and/or Finance Operations department

• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

• Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly

• Business-savvy and at ease with corporate applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, BI)

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record optimizing the operational customer experience and handling escalations methodically

• Experience working cross-regions, with sales and other cross-functional departments

• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, international environment

• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must, additional languages are a plus
