• Oversees and reports on the development, documentation, and approval of laboratory-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Test Methods in coordination with the Energy and Mineral Resources Mission Area (EMMA) funded laboratory managers, research analysts, and/or Quality Management System (QMS) Manager.
