Are you an experienced Purchase /Raw Material/ Demand Planner looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic and fast paced FTSE 250 business? Are you passionate about getting results, working with key stakeholders to plan and purchase inventory across Games Workshop in the right place, at the right time and for the right price?
We are looking for an experienced Planner to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract until October 2024. This critical role is responsible for purchasing a large selection of our key product categories. You will work with a wide range of talented colleagues to make the world's best miniatures available for all of our customers, whenever and wherever they want them. You will proactively work between internal customers and external suppliers to ensure availability is at the highest level, without overstocking.
Key responsibilities in this role will include raising of purchase orders to global supply base, monitoring & tracking the progress of all orders from Purchase Order to Delivery.
You will utilise forecasts, sales data & manufacturing plans to make informed replenishment and stock move decisions to enable seamless collaboration across GW to ensure supplier communication is consistent with company approach & category strategy and other functions
