The Procurement Manager will work within the Procurement tower to support the delivery of the procurement strategy and achieve “balanced Scorecard” targets. This includes delivering against the following objectives:

As a Helpdesk Operative, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to hospital staff, patients, and visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Assist with network connectivity, password resets, and system access requests.
