What this job involves:

Service Delivery

• Comply with all requirements of the contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Drive a service excellence culture within the delivery and operational management teams. Create an environment within the team that drives continuous improvement and innovation.

• Continuously conducts market assessments and uses data analytics tools to develop comprehensive sales plans designed to meet budgetary goals in Asia and the Nordics markets
• Promote and monitor CRM utilization and oversee development/implementation of quarterly business plans in each market;
• Manages lead generation activities for new OEM opportunities;
• Convey value of solutions to existing clients through effective, ongoing communication of campaign results and reports;

(A) Job Summary:

The Project Director (PD) assumes a leadership role, directing project team members to achieve key targets related to safety, quality, profitability, and the timely completion of the project.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The Project Director is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Perform overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet targets.

• Report directly to top management for construction progress, cost impact and control based on the planned construction progress schedule.

(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Recognised bachelor’s degree and/or higher in Civil Engineering by Singapore PE Board.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience managing infrastructure projects, including at least 10 years overseeing mega infrastructure projects, with proven experience in a Project Director (PD) role.
• Resourceful experience in civil works design, technical expertise and construction work planning management.
• Able to lead the project team and overall responsible for the construction progress.

Infrastructure and Resource Management:

• Manage the maintenance and operations of Data centre with liquid cooling setup that hosts the GPU cloud.
• Optimization of GPU infrastructure and associated hardware.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet the performance requirements of both data centre operations and cloud hardware operations, as well as cost-effectiveness goals.

• Establish Ops systems/processes (SOPs, EOPs etc) and to manage daily operational issues.
