Main Duties Lead nursing input into the project. Work as a registered Nurse within the Trust as and when suitable for the project. Demonstrate individual system expertise in order to be capable of supporting the configuration and testing of the ePMA system and including but not limited to other systems within the remit of the Clinical Systems Team. Analyse, interpret and compare system functionalities and working process options in order to determine the best fit for system implementation. Regularly provide ePMA system training to Nurses, Midwives, Doctors, Healthcare Assistants and Allied Health Professionals. Supervise colleagues and receiving and undertaking training and testing to ensure quality related quotas and deadlines are met adequately. Participate in the development and planning of relevant ePMA user training programmes. Requirements

• A strong background in the social housing refurbishment sector including EWI/Kitchen and Bathroom Schemes
• CSCS Black Card
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction or Equivalent
• Knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 - Desirable
• A Recent DBS check or willing to have a DBS check
• Experience managing multi-storey residential projects
• Excellent management and communication skills

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing the dining area and assisting in the preparation and service of hot and cold food whilst ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all the catering areas at the training ground.



Key Responsibilities:

The role includes, but is not limited to:

· Preparation of hot and cold food for breakfast and lunch services.

· Assisting with smooth running day to day of the kitchen and dining areas.

· Creating a positive and elite environment and experience for all players and staff.

· Ensuring the dining area is kept clean, tidy and well organised at all times.

· Ensuring food items are adequately topped up and well displayed.

· Serving food and beverages to players and staff when required.

· Communicating and Co-ordinating with other catering staff.



Essential Requirements:

· Previous experience working in catering

· Food safety and hygiene certification or NVQ Level

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work well within a team

· Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude

· Professional appearance



Desired Requirements:

· Knowledge and understanding of sports nutrition

· Good attention to detail

To manage and coordinate legal disrepair cases and arbitration processes, ensuring all disrepair claims are dealt with efficiently, with minimal legal and financial exposure for the Council. The role will ensure value for money is achieved in settling disrepair cases, coordinating with the repairs partnering and legal teams, as well as with residents.
The Litigation Coordinator will handle a portfolio of cases, working closely with contractors and legal teams to ensure that disrepair cases are resolved promptly, while maintaining a high standard of service for tenants and leaseholders, and accurate record of the repairs history for individual repairs cases.
The role will ensure accurate monitoring of repair cases, including repairs history, expenditure and financial forecasting on legal disrepair cases, and enable informed decision making to effectively manage the overall disrepair programme, including prioritization of disrepair cases.
