Your Responsibilities 

The Business Information Research (BIR) Lead will oversee a group of BIR analysts who are responsible for the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets, with a focus on companies and infrastructure projects, which are vital inputs to the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform. The BIR Lead will oversee the team’s development, ensuring performance standards are met, supporting the overall goal of establishing Manila as the centre of excellence for dataset management. 

The BIR Lead will focus on the development and well-being of the team, while setting out individual roadmaps for the group’s future with the company and is expected to be a conduit for process improvements and strategic decisions. The BIR Lead is also expected to collaborate with other divisions and Department Heads located in Asia, Europe, and North America in support of strategic projects and the company’s overall goals. 

As a key player in our dynamic team

• You work closely with the Head of BIR and other BIR Leads to ensure that requests from internal and external clients located across Asia, Europe, and North America are processed in a timely and accurate manner 

• You ensure team members are taking ownership of all incoming requests/projects and supporting their successful and timely completion by coordinating, planning, and organizing the long-term and day-to-day task distribution of the team 

• You support and contribute to the BIR teams development by conceptualizing, developing, and innovating processes in terms of quality and efficiency gains,  through the use of technology or other strategies 

• You help institute quality control mechanisms to ensure comprehensive and accurate coverage, as well as timely maintenance, of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects, including structure and relationships (subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.) and associated corporate actions resulting from M&As, spin-offs, reorganizations, and other corporate actions 

• You coach team members effectively and set an example when it comes to data integrity, purposeful, open and solution oriented communication, as well as performance monitoring and professional and personal development  

• You represent the BIR team in weekly Business Information Research Council meetings while proactively sharing acquired knowledge and contributing to corresponding projects on a regular basis

Your Responsibilities  

As a RepRisk® Junior Business Information Analyst, your focus is the creation and maintenance of RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies and infrastructure projects which are vital inputs to the ESG Research, Products, and Sales departments through the RepRisk® ESG Risk Platform.  Part of your responsibilities would include matching client company records that were not automatically matched to the RepRisk database by our internal tools.  You will also be responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of entities in the RepRisk database by performing scheduled reviews, cleanups, and special projects. The position will also expose you to other special tasks as needed.  The work includes analysis, data management and quality control, as well as encoding and clerical tasks. 

This role will report directly to the Business Information Research Team Leads in the Manila office.  Moreover, you will: 

• Create and maintain RepRisk’s datasets focused on companies, NGOs, infrastructure projects, etc. associated with environmental, social, and corporate governance issues 

• Research, validate and encode relevant data, assuring the quality of entity level information before entering it into the RepRisk database in accordance with RepRisk standards

You will be supporting our Lead Technology Engineer by delivering on outstanding service delivery and technical ownership responding to ever changing priorities and demands from across the cruise business.

• Provide support across the technology estate to both ship and shoreside technology teams and to the cruise business user community.
• Working closely with all areas of cruise business to identify and resolve problems affecting the cruise technology estate and where required the on-premises estate.
• Resolution of problems where feasible & accountable for owning the problem resolution (liaising with other agencies as appropriate) until solution, ensuring that the business users are regularly informed of progress.
• Acting as the conduit for issues arising in the business requiring resolution primarily within the cruise technology estate.
• Recognising issues, owning, and escalating appropriately, according to procedures, to both technology and other areas of the business.
• Liaising with internal and external bodies, including user groups, business supervisor, Technical Consultants, Strategic Planning, Project Managers and IT consultants.
• Monitoring systems and proactively recognising and raising issues to the business and to relevant technology functions where required.
• Communication of technology support issues effectively to the business by translation of technical detail and present options identifying both risk, impact and suitable solutions.
• Developing monitoring of infrastructure and application performance, including recognising and raising issues with the business, Services and technology teams as appropriate. Leading by example on the use of incident logging, management, and resolution.
• Administration of the system maintenance procedures; raise, take ownership and update change requests / faults and communicate their progress to both internal and external customers.
• Development, maintenance, and peer review of relevant solution documentation, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date and accessible through ServiceNow knowledge articles or an appropriate SharePoint/Microsoft Teams resource.
• Identification of low value activities suitable for process automation and subsequently owing the development of a solution.

Ultimately, you will deliver world class technology operations for our systems and services. You’ll be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of applications and infrastructure. Have an excellent operational focus on system stability, service management, security, performance and reliability.

Candidates will need to demonstrate the following skills and technology knowledge;

• Excellent Communication skills; can offer our guests on cruise an exceptional service and support with technical queries; Wi-Fi, entertainment systems and phone service.
• Have a solid understanding of managing and administering cloud environments including Microsoft 365.
• Can demonstrate their technical skills relating to hybrid cloud environments such as Azure and Microsoft 365.

• Able to work methodically under pressure.

Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of assigned technical projects. The Technology Operations Analyst is responsible for working and liaising with AGS Program Office (PO) Teams to successfully sustain and evolve the technologies critical to the success of AGS client programs. This position includes developing a strong partnership, expertise, and oversight with specific Technology Partners, to ensure they strive for world class service and remain committed to continuous improvement in their products and services to help AGS achieve both short-term and long-term Client business objectives.

This position will be recognized as the technical subject matter expert for the specific technology. Analyze reoccurring technology incidents and identify areas of operational efficiencies for program improvements and growth to provide strategic consultation or resolution to AGS PO, Clients, and Technology Partners. This role is an AGS Technology Operations strategic position meant to drive significant improvements in PO processes, technologies, operations, efficiencies, and profitability. 

Responsibilities

• Support new user administration, including internal and external user provisioning
• Maintain internal and external process documentation to support user provisioning
• Support user security updates, including user role permissions and Identity management
• Understand the business operations, goals, and strategies of all POs for their assigned VMS technology and contribute to their success.
• Works closely with Technology Partners to align and lead them toward AGS Client objectives, account goals, and priorities.
• Acts as the escalation point for the POs about the VMS technology.
• Collaborates with other Professional Services team resources to serve our POs and Clients better.
