• Interfaces directly with DoD, Defense Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, US Army, US Air Force, Air Intelligence Agency, major commands, combatant commands, and other national-level agencies to evaluate, guide, and adjust unit programs to meet changing security needs and requirements as personally assessed or as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Supervisory Business Services Specialist (Deputy Division Director), you will:

• Oversee the management and performance of a major Division of the Client Experience Center (CEC) Organization that oversees and manages the organization's entire budget formulation and execution process.
• Account for real and projected expenditures by the preparation and management of appropriate records, documents, and reports; procure, perform, and conduct research and analysis on furniture, supplies, directory services, copying and duplication services.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses, and purchase equipment and services for various IT operations and applications.
• Oversee the HR administration and management programs for assigned employees and serviced managers. Manage the internal controls and suggestion programs, as well as the mail management, messenger, and motor vehicle services.
• Develop policies, procedures, and administrative notices that explain the steps necessary to implement new or modified administrative regulations or programs.
• Supervise a staff of professional, administrative, and technical staff positions in the performance of the division's mission, to include Human Resources and Employee Service Management, Financial Management, Budget Formulation and Execution, Travel Management, and Asset Management. Exercise delegated authority to oversee the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of various administrative program segments.
