We are looking for a Finance Executive to support the Lead Finance based in Don Mueang, Bangkok.
SALARY RANGE: THB 20,800 - THB 31,200
A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
- Reconciliation of sales reports
- Work closely with the commercial team to bill accurately and on time
- Manage accounts receivables - invoicing process, reconciliation of customer balances,
collecting payments, summarizing for posting, prepare the receipts - Monitor and Follow up receivables collection
- Handle invoices process from suppliers
- Participate in monthly and annually closing, including accrual transactions
- Support the auditors in conducting external audits
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- At lease 2-5 years of experience in Accounting
- Good communication in English
- Proficient in using MS Office, Oracle
- Willing to learn, can work under pressure
