Turks have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our high performing, award-winning and rapidly growing General Insurance team. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners, lawyers and shared services team in Brisbane to provide administrative support across the firm and Brisbane office. Responsibilities You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
secretarial duties, including filing, closing of files & scanning;
downloading and collating documents;
creating and organising claim files;
diary management;
general office assistance and maintenance of Brisbane office.
assisting with setting up of work stations and IT equipment for new starters.
other ad-hoc administrative duties as required by the Group.
