• Lead and collaborate on personal research to design and develop optimized agrivoltaic installations, best management practices, and decision support tools for simultaneous renewable power generation and agricultural and rangeland production.
• Lead collaborative research to design and develop best management practices and decision support tools for improved energy utilization and efficiency for agricultural processing systems.
• Develop a stakeholder base and collaborations with scientists and industry professionals to understand stakeholder needs and enhance the research program
• Develop research plans and conduct tests in the laboratory, in the field, and at commercial facilities, and transfer technical solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
• Properly collect, analyze, and interpret scientific research and information to develop new knowledge, devices, and processes of direct value to stakeholders; and to report that information at technical conferences and industry meetings.

What you will do

What you will do        

Under direct supervision, tracks and provides direct support for the planned service agreement renewal process. Actively participates in accounts receivable activities such as collections and new customer authorizations. Provides back up customer call handling, as needed. Provides administrative, day to day support in the service operational areas.

How you will do it

1. May be responsible for the scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of the touch point plans and the contract renewal life cycle process with the account owners. Escalate issues to appropriate individuals for timely follow-up as required. May require direct interaction with customers for follow-up to secure purchase orders or to meet special invoicing conditions. 

2. Updates the Service delivery plans as required by team. 

3. Runs query reports, researches, and reconciles unaligned costs, such as labor hours, material purchases, expenses and other service-related transactions. 

4. May prepare and submit service billings in a special invoice format as defined by individual customer account special handling requirements. 

5. Reconciliation of accounts payable exceptions as necessary. 

6. Researches, resolves, or escalates accounts receivable disputes as outlined in the escalation process. Works with Accounts Receivables contact to assist with resolution of truck-based team A/R issues. Determines appropriate actions for timely resolution. If needed, will interact with Customer to resolve receivable issues. Processes invoice credits and re-bills, as necessary. Proactively contacts customers ensure customer satisfaction and a commitment to pay. 

7. Updates and retains customer account information related to special billing conditions, tax status, invoice approval contacts, billing addresses and special billing rates up to date. 

8. Support inventory control process including updating equipment asset transactions. 

9. Assist CSAs in resolution of warranty/SD warranty issues. 

10. Provide additional service administration support, as required.

What you will do: 

Service Technicians diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on card access, CCTV, burglar alarm systems, electronic fire alarm systems and other related building system products at customer sites.

Job Description:

A Service Specialist is part of a team that provides various administrative support to our clients which may include; print, scan, copy, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Mail Services includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule

• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions

• Reception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Hospitality Services includes coordinator and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.

• Floor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance

• Facilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer services field

• Ability to multitask with attention to detail

• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact

• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

• Preferred Shift: 9:00a.m to 6:00p.m

The Compensation range for this role is 17.92 to 25.13 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do

• In partnership with the Store Manager, model and lead a customer-first selling culture through effective routines, visual brand standards, and engagement behaviors.
• Assess and analyze business trends utilizing all available reporting to problem-solve business opportunities and take appropriate action.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Experience / Operations

• Leverage all available resources to inform and educate the team on product knowledge, selling/engagement behaviors, and business priorities/goals.
• Ensure all associates utilize company tools and technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Validate successful deployment of all omnichannel initiatives, including AOS and BOPIS add-on selling behaviors.
• Drive customer engagement behaviors to support all loyalty initiatives.
• Assist the Store Manager with all timekeeping responsibilities, including effective scheduling, timekeeping functions, and attendance management.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting and hiring responsibilities; prioritize timely scheduling of interviews, onboarding/orientation, and training.
• Support and maintain Loss Prevention routines to support profitability initiatives.
• Complete Direct Store Orders and validate proper receiving.
• Manage all supply/fixture ordering and any facilities and maintenance issues.
• Responsible for validating, reconciling, and filing all monthly paperwork.

What You’ll Bring

• Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision-making skills that align with strategic initiatives, effective delegation and validation, and the ability to execute daily priorities efficiently.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending upon the needs of the business.

Description -

This customer facing, non-exempt HP Printer field break/fix position provides a wide range of hardware support and related services specifically to HP’s Print Products customers. This position will be based onsite at the customer in the Sacramento, CA Area. This is not a remote position. Valid CA drivers license is required.  This is a team-based group of self-starting, technical/mechanical delivery professionals. Each member of the team performs installation, repair and relocates various types of HP printers and related technology on customer sites, within a defined geography.  A fast paced, constantly changing environment that requires positive approaches and demonstrated success at handling multiple stressors. Candidates must be self-contained, resourceful and determined for success.

This ever changing environment presents each team member with various daily events that educate customers about the technology, manage critical service events, and interact with multiple levels of both HP and customer management/teams. These teams are responsible for completely satisfied customers and helping to grow HP’s business in a profitable manner and within budget. It is imperative that the Field Service Rep. understands the financial aspects and business impact of what they deliver, how and why. Typical types of reactive, on customer site, service events include, but are not limited to: Configuring hardware, software and simple network components, install, unit repair, and working with escalation personal performing and assisting in technical action plans to remediate print issues

Demonstrated core competencies of success in this position are:

• Strong mechanical aptitude, working with tools and various alignment apparatus.

• Alignment with customer’s business needs while maintaining HP’s contractual commitments.

Requirements:

• Able to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, lift and move 50 pounds of weight.

• Availability to work both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

• Participate in assigned work during non-traditional workdays, holidays and shift work.

• Onsite customer facing experience.

• Technical/mechanical printer hardware repair experience.

• Demonstrated technical/mechanical aptitude for learning new technology.

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus additional hardware technology training. College preferred.
