Our Slough Community Mental Health Service is a well-established group of dedicated professionals, including Social Workers, Community Mental Health Nurses, Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychological Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Community Support Workers, employment specialists, and Business Support staff. Jointly funded by Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Slough Borough Council. Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
• Provide Leadership: Play a leading role in supporting staff to deliver high quality administrative functions within the Team.
• Collaborate: Liaise with local services and stakeholders to develop relationships and partnership working to enable the service to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Project Management: Take a leading role in projects/initiatives to support service development.

The “must haves” for this role:
• Significant experience in Business Administration & Leadership.
• Leadership or management qualification, or equivalent experience
• Experience of line management, staff supervision & performance management
• Advanced knowledge of digital solutions.
