This is a hands-on creative role with a lot of opportunity for influencing and shaping our digital product marketing initiatives for Square Japan. You will be at the heart of interpreting briefs, co-creating ideas and bringing them to life. You’ll be asked to connect dots, organize thoughts and develop strategy to match the teams’ expectations. You will lead projects from concept through execution, QA, and iteration. The incumbent of this role shall be responsible for the compliance of all designs to ensure the FM aspects of international and local regulations, codes, and standards such as IBC, NFPA,

·Minimum of 15 years of total experience.

10+ years extensive experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects (residential, commercial, industrial, sports, marine etc.), at least 7 of which in a design management role focused on FM aspects.

·Fully conversant with regulations, codes, and standards for large scale regional and urban developments and preferred knowledge of local codes. Position Overview

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our friendly team of tech enthusiasts assisting customers to get the best out of their Autodesk products.

You will be working in a hybrid position reporting to a Technical Support Manager in Japan. You will resolve customer issues reported to us via phone, chat, web, online forums, and other channels. In addition to reacting to customer issues, you may also engage in multiple proactive support activities, developing and presenting webinars, hosting Q&A sessions on our online communities, and publishing technical articles in the Autodesk Support site.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues reported to Autodesk via chat, phone, web, online forums and other channels using Japanese language

• Help customer to solve their Autodesk product installation, configuration and licensing issues
• Provide prompt, and efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions related to product features, usage,
• Research, verify, and document product issues and its solution in short and clear articles for our Knowledge Base, or in our internal case management system
• Priority handling and escalation of critical issues and monitoring of service level compliance
• Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system

Minimum Qualifications

Lakshya Digital is seeking Art manager for our Japan business. We work with many of the top video

game companies in Japan such as Square Enix, Luminous, From Software, Capcom, and many others, to

create art and animation for their games. We are looking for experienced art personnel to help us

nurture, grow and manage our services in Japan region and make Lakshya the go-to partner for game

companies in this geography. Previous gaming experience and network is a plus.

Overall Responsibility

• Act as a champion for both the company and the client, collaborating with clients to create customized solutions based on their requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and work closely with the sales team to effectively communicate the shared vision, goals, and strategies of both parties.
• Minimize friction points between Lakshya and clients throughout the project, from the initial handshake to the project's closure.
• Collaborate with the production team to craft solutions and ensure timely communication of relevant project information to clients.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with both current and new clients beyond the project cycle.
• Explore and identify opportunities to expand business in the Japanese market.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field is mandatory.
• Native level Japanese and fluency in English.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in project/client management.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.

• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
