General Office duties. Knowledge of a range of secretarial / administration procedures. Reception duties-face to face and answering the phone. Previous experience working with the General public and handling large volumes of telephone calls IT Skills, e-mail, word. Car driver / ability to travel. Good customer service skills. Good communication skills. Good telephony skills. Flexibility to cope with changing needs of the job. Eager to learn new skills. Attention to detail / good accuracy skills. Training - Willingness to undertake the training required to carry out the job. If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £21.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
