• Act as the main point of contact for shipping enquiries, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform operational management reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in handling import/export shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of standard shipping documentation and terminology is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Additional Information:

• Location: West region.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm; Saturday on a rotational duty from 8:00am to 2:00pm.
• Team: You will be part of a 4-member Shipping Team within the Logistics Department.
• OT may be required during high-volume days (Monday, Friday, or the day after Public Holidays).
• 100% work at an air-conditioned warehouse; no hybrid work arrangement.
