We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead all commercial marketing activities for our charity group, with a focus on our income-generating arm. Ideally, you are an experienced marketing professional with a background in hospitality or retail.
Team Domenica is entering an exciting phase, as we plan to open a new training facility in central Brighton within the next two years. Your main priority will be supporting the launch and long-term success of the commercial side of this new facility. You will design marketing campaigns and work closely with our commercial team, the Director of Fundraising and Communications, and other stakeholders to establish the brand and identity of this new business.
You will also create and implement digital and print marketing campaigns to support our existing cafés, boost product revenue, and organise promotional events and activities. Data-driven and strategic, you will use various channels to reach our target audiences and create efficient processes for gathering marketing needs, ensuring clear, measurable outcomes.
Over time, you will work with the commercial team to develop our online shop, increase coffee sales, and explore opportunities to drive public donations, enhancing our donated income.
This role works closely with the Senior Communications Executive, who handles marketing for education, training, employment, campaigns, and internal communications. Collaboration between both roles is key to ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and protecting the integrity of our group’s brands.
If this role sounds like a good fit, even if you have more experience in some areas than others, we’d love to hear from you.
