We are seeking a passionate Online Marketing Tutor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, qualified teacher with a strong interest in digital marketing and a commitment to helping learners achieve their full potential.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging online marketing training to Apprentices and other learners aged 16 years +. As an online tutor, you’ll need to be comfortable with running classes through online conferencing such as Zoom. In our Sales Advisers, we look for a positive mindset, people who can support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved. Your role at Superdrug as one of our Sales Advisers will be all about serving customers where you will deliver excellent service and make sure customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys. You’ll help ensure that the store is well stocked, and a high level of store presentation is maintained and will actively be involved in achieving the store targets. To support your development, you’ll also can be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business in store.

It is a great experience that will prepare you for even bigger challenges. Superdrug Sales Advisers are extremely important to us, we recognise that you are our future Team Leaders. We will actively develop your skills and offer real career progression supported by our excellent in-house training and Apprenticeship qualifications.

Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties
St Erth
40 hours per week over 5 days
Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota
Salary – £25,255.00 per annum plus pension and company benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties to join the team at our Brewers Decorator Centre in St Erth. You will play a vital part in helping serve customers and keeping the branch and its delivery service running smoothly - experience with our products isn't necessary, if you bring great customer service and teamwork skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.
Our St Erth store which opened last year stocks an extensive product range, which includes trade and designer paint brands such as Armstead, Crown, Dulux, Farrow & Ball, Little Green, Johnstones, Sadolin as well as our own brand, Albany. We also offer a full product range via our delivery service which runs from the branch. Store opening are Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm.

As a Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties for Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Providing exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service• Using product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs• Making contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area driving our Company Transit van• Mix paint for Customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network• Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service• Keep our warehouse organised and safe, in line with company standards• Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales• Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store
Who we are looking for to join our team:
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations• Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues• Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual • Familiar with the surrounding area• Full clean manual driving licence• Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry• Previous retail experience or product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right person.
