Role Responsibilities

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be given the training, tools and knowledge to quickly progress to a management role. All of this will prepare you for a Branch Manager role where you will:

• Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers

Requirements

As an Area Sales Manager, you should:

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for a fabulous Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and play a key role in delivering high performing digital campaigns across the affiliate channel whilst supporting the Affiliate Marketing Manager in delivering The Perfume Shop’s digital marketing objectives.

You’ll work closely with the rest of both the Digital Marketing and Online Business Team as well as the wider Customer Team to achieve company KPIs and sales growth objectives, whilst increasing brand exposure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Assisting with the delivery of high-performance digital campaigns across the affiliate channel

· Briefing the Design Team on marketing assets and ensuring they are delivered to the relevant publisher or affiliate network by the required deadlines.

· Regularly monitoring reporting across key KPIs across both the business and affiliate channel

· Supporting our affiliate network by keeping them up to date on promotions, initiatives, market trends and business performance.

· Working with publishers on activity, ensuring that all assets and copy are supplied, and the activity goes live as planned and ensuring it is in aligned with TPS brand guidelines.

· Conducting regular competitor research and working with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to identify new opportunities ensuring that The Perfume Shop are always represented in a compelling and competitive way against the rest of the market and reacting to this activity where necessary.

We’re looking for an incredible Executive to join our Digital Marketing Team and play a key role in supporting in the delivery of The Perfume Shop’s online marketing objectives.

You’ll own the creation and upload of blog content and work with the Digital Marketing Team to ensure all content is on brand and optimal for our digital marketing channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Create and manage our blog content calendar, whilst running regular content ideation session with the wider teams to identify new opportunities.

· Write copy for new or updated blogs, as well as working with wider teams on creating new content.

· Proofread and edit blog posts written by colleagues, and edit existing blog posts, uploading in WordPress.

· Create regular reports, using insights to demonstrate how the content is performing, in addition to this you will complete competitor content analysis, researching latest content marketing tools.

· Write SEO friendly copy for the website and liaise with our PR team and agency on opportunities to push content.

· Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are accurately reflected on digital marketing channels and our web content.

CRM MARKETING ASSISTANT | HIGH WYCOMBE

We’re looking for a fabulous CRM Marketing Assistant to join our CRM team and play a key role in supporting in the delivery of our customer marketing communications and activities that excite our VIP Reward Customers.

You’ll work with out Senior CRM Manager on identifying opportunities and solutions to make it easier for our customers to shop with us.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Build and maintain campaigns within our SMS (text message) platform using customer data to target the right audience, delivering effective marketing communications.
