JOB DESCRIPTION

BACKGROUND TO THE ROLE:

Redcentric's digital presence is central to our GTM strategy. The web site is the launch point for campaigns, lead generation and content supporting all stage of the customer lifecycle, as well as the platform for engaging with investors and shareholders.

The Marketing function is beginning a stage of transition, with a new Marketing Director in place, this role will be central in helping shape and deliver the future strategy, recognising the essential role digital channels play to support across brand, lead generation and retention activities.

Working as part of a small but focussed team, whilst working closely with colleagues across the business, this role is an opportunity to bring in best practice across the full digital mix whilst directly contributing to the wider success and continued growth of Redcentric.

AIM OF THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will be responsible for development and delivery of the digital strategy, working closely with the Marketing Director to define digital channel's role in the wider marketing mix and ensure the right investment plan is in place to deliver against agreed outcomes and ROI targets.

The primary focus of the role is to ensure we have the right flow of website traffic, the right visibility and understanding of what is driving them to the website, and the right balance of content which moves prospects along the sales funnel and ultimately converts them to leads.

This will be a hands-on role, and there will be a need to support across multiple marketing disciplines with a definite focus on supporting the delivery of the content strategy directly in relation to SEM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following -

• Developing the digital strategy that supports business growth objectives, with a focus on SEM and increasing relevant traffic into the Redcentric website

• Ownership of the Redcentric website, driving continuous improvement across key site metrics and ensuring a seamless experience for site visitors

• Reporting of performance across channels and website with a focus on lead gen attribution

• Management of key elements of the martech stack, with a focus on end-to-end visibility of channel performance into CRM. Working with internal and external stakeholders to drive the right level of integration to simplify and automate processes and reporting

• Recommend and make changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

• Plan and create (with the wider marketing and product team) all digital aspects for product launches, campaigns and events

• Managing agency relationships and projects, ensuring we bring in the right complimentary skill sets to enhance the in-house team

• Support on the delivery of digital elements of campaigns covering, brand, vertical and product initiative

• Run regular competitor analysis to benchmark our digital presence against other organisations in our sector

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The ideal candidate will be a bright and enthusiastic individual with a passion for all things digital. They understand it's role in the wider marketing mix and bring ideas and creativity backed by an analytical view.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• B2B lead generation

• GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Email automation

• Hands on experience of implementing SEO strategies for growth

• Working knowledge of the latest digital trends and techniques.

• Experience of using CMS platforms (ideally WordPress)

• Website migration experience

• Proven, strong analytical and data driven approach.

• Understanding of UX best practice

Assists in developing and implementing marketing programs for the FSS Squadron. Under the direction of the Marketing Director, assists in determining marketing techniques and strategies to increase efficiency, enhance participation and increase financial income to FSS activities. Campaign Management and Execution (50%)

• Acknowledge and execute the delegated tasks from Account Managers and Performance Managers in a timely manner
• Proactively schedule and perform recurring optimizations including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, reporting, etc.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:  The Sales Associate is responsible for providing all Marine Corps Exchange (MCX) customers with world class customer service with an additional emphasis on courtesy. Sales associates are the primary service providers and will assist customers in every aspect of the retail business in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner that supports continued customer loyalty. Sales associates assist their customers in challenging scenarios by using an “I can do that” mindset, to make all attempts for a positive customer experience and outcomes, before asking for support from the next level mentor or supervisor. Sales associates are brand and customer program ambassadors for all Marine Corps and MCX programs, including but not limited to, Military Star, Super Star Student, customer satisfaction surveys and Keep it New.

This position can be scheduled throughout the facility, based on the needs of the business including but not limited to, cashier or self-checkout attendant, customer service, salesfloor / department support, stockroom / backroom, and military clothing.  In addition to working indoors, associates may be required to work outdoors or inside coolers and/or chillers. Limited time durations and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided when working inside coolers and/or chillers. Sales associates who are regularly scheduled in areas are expected to learn basic product knowledge to support customer satisfaction and service.

Sales associates perform store operations tasks such as but not limited to, customer and register transactions, Planogram revisions and setups, identifying missing products, replenish sales floor and coolers, setting promotional signage, visual merchandising, maintaining backroom standards through the 5S program and other operational tasks.
