A leading manufacturing company are seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work within their Sales Team. The company prides itself on its innovative approach to product design and manufacturing, along with an excellent reputation for high quality customer service.
Working pattern for this role is 08:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with an hour's lunch break. However, can be flexible around this and can offer hybrid working when required.

Your new role
As Sales Administrator you will be expected to support the wider sales and office team, receiving and processing customers orders. Liaising with different departments and suppliers, to ensure dispatches are correct and on time. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues, offering help and support with all administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have excellent verbal/ written communication skills and have a pleasant, friendly tone over the phone to clients and customers, and overall have a good team work ethic.
You must have the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively and a good understanding of technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets, whilst also possessing an eye for attention to detail.

KITCHEN SHOWROOM CONSULTANT – KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT – PRESTWICK, AYRSHIRE - FULL TIME – £26,000 BASIC SALARY + BENEFITS

Kitchen Showroom Consultant required by our client who are the UK’s leading and award-winning Kitchen makeover company. They specialise in renovating existing kitchens instead of replacing, typically saving customers 50% of the cost of replacement.

Due to their continued growth and success, they are now recruiting for a Full Time Time Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to work from our clients Prestwick, Ayrshire Showroom.

THE ROLE

• As Kitchen Showroom Consultant you will be the first point of contact for customers coming to the showroom
• You will be showing customers the products and service on offer e.g. Kitchen doors, worktops, handles etc.
• Arranging and booking appointments for a member of the team to carry out a home / site visit to take measurements etc.
• Taking phone calls from potential and existing customers
• Following up internet and email enquiries
• Helping customer choose colours, styles etc.

THE PERSON

We are looking for spirited individuals to represent drinks giant Diageo and their famous alcohol brands including Smirnoff, Guinness, and Gordons. Ideal location: Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH1

Territory covering: Edinburgh, Galashiels and surrounding areas

A driver's licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential, travel allowance also provided!

A typical day as a Sales Executive will involve:

- Field sales visits into on-trade venues in your territory promoting the Diageo spirits and drafts portfolio.
- Educating licensees on how to increase their alcohol sales and providing informed recommendations
- Activating the products in your venues using POS, sampling activities, menus, and other activations.
- Running quality checks to ensure consistent quality and serve standard for Guinness and Draught Cocktail.
- Reporting back insight and information gained during your calls
-Using your people skills to build strong business relationships across the On-Trade
