About The Role:

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and responding to calls and requests from all Client locations and staff
• Understand the escalation procedures relating to issues or incidents and know when to escalate or deal locally
• Report to the Security Operations Centre Supervisor any incident outside of your experience or control and follow all actions and issues as required
• Receive out-of-hours calls from the client Helpdesk and escalate as required in line with procedures
• Produce high-quality Reports relating to all Incidents in a timely manner

• SIA licensed essential.
• Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management.

This is a newly created Document Controller and Site Administrator joining an industrious team. This is a varied role where previous construction experience is essential; the Document Control/Site Administrator will manage the document control process on this project, liaising internally with the site team, and externally with the client. The post holder will also manage all site documentation. Duties include but not limited to:

• Proactively lead and manage document control on selected project/s, being the first point of contact for all document control issues

Job Purpose:

The role of Control Systems Engineer is to develop control systems applications, services and data for EPN, LPN and SPN networks ensuring safe operation and positive impact on reduction of customer interruptions and customer minutes lost.

You will be part of a team bringing improvements to all three network Control Systems across Smart Metering, DSO, DMS, SCADA, Automation, OMS, LV and Mobile applications.

You will be part of a team that maintains Control Systems application support 24 hours a day to ensure 24/7 availability of business-critical systems.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Ensure highest standards of safety are applied across all areas.
• Develop and maintain Control System applications configuration, monitoring, performance and preventative maintenance.
• Responsible for problem resolution including in depth root cause analysis for all Control and SCADA subsystems.
• Liaison with 3rd party service providers to develop new functions and rectification of service issues.

The team goal is to improve safety, application performance, innovation, data accuracy and usability with a view to reduce CI's and CML's while maximising return on investment and enabling DSO. Key to this is providing a Control System solution and service that is accessible and beneficial to the entire business.

Qualifications:

• Have a level 4 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.

Security Control Assessor

Key Role:

Function as a security control assessor as part of a team in the performance of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities ensuring National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) management, operation, technical, and privacy security control implementation compliance for large, complex DoD information systems. Provide support for executing full A&A life cycle and risk management functions, measuring risk, examining system documentation, interviewing appropriate system and site personnel, testing system technical security configuration settings, reviewing scan results, using Platform IT (PIT), and developing findings reports. Demonstrate subject matter expertise in NIST security guidance and security control assessment (SCA) processes using the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).

• Experience planning and executing comprehensive cybersecurity test events, including identifying security controls, analyzing assessment procedures, and identifying and using required tools, including Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) or Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. As a Service Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining high-quality care services across our care home group. You will work closely with the operations team, care home managers, and staff to promote a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and resident satisfaction. AXA UK are recruiting a Risk and Control Manager to lead the 2nd line risk and control team for a selection of business departments across AXA UK and its underlying business units, encompassing all of the risk and control frameworks in place (IFC / IC / Risk). You’ll promote a risk and control culture throughout AXA UK, raising awareness of the Operational Risks that exist across the business.
You’ll ensure a robust risk and control environment providing a 2nd line opinion, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to document, challenge, monitor, test (design and some operation), report and escalate risk and control issues, in line with the AXA UK governance structure and Group frameworks.

For this role, you'll work at least 40% of your week away from home to collaborate with your team in the Ipswich office. There will also be adhoc travel to our London office.
What you’ll be doing:

Oversight and Management of the Group Operational Risk Framework process across the relevant UK entities.
Management of team activities encompassing Internal Control and Operational Risk from a 2nd line perspective, specific to the designated business areas. This includes quality assurance reviews of relevant tasks undertaken by the team.
Management of issues, difficult relationships etc escalated by line reports to ensure that an appropriate and timely resolution is reached. This in turn requires management of relationships with senior level stakeholders.
Representing AXA UK position for any proposals made by Group.
Ensuring that Group instructions and framework methodologies are understood and implemented.
Reporting both to Group and to UK Senior Management and relevant committees, including annual risk and control environment reports and reports mandated by the Group teams.
Actively engage with other risk and control management functions within the business.
For the designated areas where you are a Risk lead, you’ll work with the 1st line to ensure that the Risk appetite statements are maintained and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Influencing strategic risk management planning processes for risks by developing and maintaining a strong understanding of key business, regulatory and IT trends in the financial services industry.
Provide subject matter expert assistance to the Enterprise Risk Management team with assessing key controls to mitigate operational risks.
