Job Responsibilities:

Documentation
• To consolidate and organize company and franchise food hygiene reports and ensure that all supporting documents are complete.
• To conduct data analysis on consolidated reports.
• To share and monitor data, and source for solution and provide recommendations.
• To monitor, review and share latest cleaning manuals, reports and SOP to relevant parties.

Inspection (Factory / Outlet / Warehouse)
• Key liaison personnel for factory/outlet/warehouse and third-party inspector and arrange a schedule for smooth inspection.
• Before inspection, check current records for incidents and share them with the third-party inspectors and QA department.
• Conduct or participate in factory/outlet/warehouse hygiene inspection and generate inspection report, improvement sheet and provide suggestions when needed.
• Receive inspection sheets from inspectors and review inspection sheets according to your reporting officer advice.
• Consolidation of inspection reports and monitor completion of improvement plan and schedule.
• Consolidation of all factory information and monitor company improvement for providing safe and quality food to customers.

Hygiene and Food Safety support
• Arrange with third-party inspector to conduct outlet hygiene training to improve food safety and quality control.
• Conduct self-hygiene inspection training to outlet staff when required.
• Consolidate training information and share with management for next improvement direction.
• Support QA projects by coordinating with different departments and prepare meeting minutes when needed.
• Monitor health and food authorities (Ministry of Health, Singapore Food Agency etc.) or other related companies for the latest news.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

Our client, a reputable Electronics MNC, is looking for a Credit Control & Accounts Executive (AR)

Job Responsibilities:

· Organise and conduct regular credit & AR review meetings with BUs / sales departments to close out all delinquent accounts.

· Follow up and communicate with customers.

· Review and process new customer account applications.

· Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP.

· Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with sales department to address overdue issues.

· Disseminate or circulate invoices, statements of accounts, reminder and confirmation letters.

· Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.

· Prepare regular collections and AR status reports for management and for HQ.

· Liaise with insurer and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.

· Liaise with banks in respect of bank guarantees including but not limited to letters of credit.

· Check supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.

· Other adhoc duties assigned by Senior Financial Controller/ Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

· At least 2-year relevant working experience.

· Proficient in MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

· SAP working experience is preferred but not necessary.

· Working experience with Letters of Credit is desired but not mandatory.

· Communicate with customers and insurer tactfully and professionally.

· Prioritize issues, have sense of urgency and ownership of tasks.

· Comfortable working closely with different departments simultaneously.
