Key Responsibilities – Quality Manager

• In collaboration with the Senior Management Team, lead the quality projects with clear guidelines, tasks, and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.
• Identify, analyze, and manage quality topics, sharing lessons learned on a regular basis.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Influencing and consulting with management within the site to innovatively shape the design and development of your functional area to improve the organization’s overall performance.
• Ensuring appropriate internal and external communication relevant to quality management system.
• Implementing short, medium- and long-term strategy, activities, and planning to develop the quality management system, based on identified risks and opportunities, in collaboration and agreement with the local management team.
• Establishing a closed-loop quality cycle from product development to customer experience feedback to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.

Qualifications & Experience – Quality Manager

• Significant proven quality management and people leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a quality team with demonstrated experience of managing changes and implementing new ways of working.
• Proven track record of managing quality projects.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented approach, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Budget experience is vital for this role, with an awareness of managing scrap, warranting and inventory.
• Excellent organizational skills to plan and execute activities, considering deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to quickly assimilate complex information and take necessary actions.
• A chemical background would be beneficial but is not essential.

You will be working 36 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime if required, as part of a team caring for a young child with an acquired brain injury. Working alongside some of the resident’s family members, as well as other care professionals, you will be ensuring that the service user has the best quality of life possible.

The service user likes to be active and takes part in trips within the local community including bowling, trips to the cinema. We are looking for someone who will engage with the service user throughout the day and take an active role in making their life the best possible!

Your duties will include:
- Following the care plan to ensure that the service users’ routines are followed to prevent any distress.
- Conduct personal care activities – inc. showering, catheter and bowel care
- Remaining engaged and patient with the service user
- Domestic duties
- Administrating medication
- Recording observation checks

We are looking for someone who has a driving licence and is willing to drive the pool car to various activities and appointments.

Permanent after a successful 12 week period


4 week rotational rota with 2 weekends off a month. Working 36 hours per week Monday to Sunday to include days and night 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am

Rate of pay for the first 3 months is £13.50 per hour, rising to £16.00 for day shifts and £17.00 per hour for nights

We are urgently seeking Support Workers to work in the Thurcroft area to start immediately. You will be working in a care home that can accommodate 10 to 15 residents with mild to moderate learning difficulties. You will be required to assist residents with daily activities, follow care plans tailored to individuals and complete paperwork.

The following experience and qualifications are essential;
•Mandatory training in Safeguarding, Infection control, Moving & Handling within the last year. However if the training you have isn’t up to date we can offer online training courses.
•An enhanced DBS check. If you have the means to pay for one upfront then we can arrange this for you.
•A minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role.

This is an onging position

The hours of work for this role are between Monday to Friday and either from 06:45 to 14:45 or from 14:00 to 22:00. Weekday work is also available.

Rate of pay for this role is £11.50 per hour

We are urgently seeking care assistants to work in the Thurcroft Area to start immediately. You will be working in a care home that can accommodate 10 to 15 residents with mild to moderate learning difficulties. You will be required to assist residents with daily activities, follow care plans tailored to individuals and complete paperwork. We need someone who will hit the ground running and be confident interacting with service users and making them feel comfortable.

To apply for this role, you must;
• Have 3 years’ experience within a similar care environment
• Be able to provide 3 years of references.
• Have a certificate for Practical Moving and Handling dated within the last 12 months
• have an enhanced DBS on the Update service

This is a temporary role that can become permanent for successful candidates.

Rate of pay is £11.50 per hour
