We're looking for someone who can apply Operational knowledge of our Consumer Lending business unit sufficiently to be able to support a range of processes relating to implementation of the Risk Taxonomy, RCSA management and control execution. In this role, you will be responsible for the support of the University's Education Committee (and its sub-committees), running and analysing Durham's student surveys, managing student appeals and academic misconduct processes, and overseeing the development and maintenance of new programmes, apprenticeship and educational partnerships (including the national Common Awards partnership, working with the Church of England and Theological Educational Institute (TEIs) partners across England, Scotland and Wales).

• Ensure that identified risks and gaps from the IT Risk assessment are reviewed, addressed and tracked for the completion of the remediation actions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in information Technology/ Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT Governance, IT Risk management, IT Audit areas.
• Strong understanding of MAS TRM, BCM, Outsourcing Guidelines, DLP and PDPA.
• Knowledge of Financial Derivatives and Securities is preferred.
• Preferably ITIL certified or equivalent is a plus.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and able to present ideas to all staff levels including Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal and external parties.
• Meticulous in documentation and follow-through on action items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to deal with changes.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities.

Your new role
As the Customer Quality Manager, you will take a leading role in ensuring that effective quality processes, plans and reporting are in place to make sure that the quality standard of the company's products continues to meet world class quality standards. This role will require the Customer Quality Manager to work closely with the department's Quality Manager in resolving repeat customer replacements.

Ideally you will have strong technical knowledge which can be applied to a Manufacturing Environment and have the ability to build strong Customer relationships and be a team player. You will be a self-motivated individual and able to multi-task and prioritise own work with a can do, find a way, attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically the use of Microsoft Excel to filter, identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in data.4.5 day week

The Person;
