What you'll do...

Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).

Oversee the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs by identifying ways to increase building efficiencies and maintain inventory integrity; and ensuring systems/processes are implemented for the corrective actions (slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle inventory tests, managing outside storage, damages and strays, tracking and reporting close date product, hazardous material processing).
Oversee the execution of systems operations by ensuring appropriate hardware and software maintenance, installation of new replacement or additional systems, necessary repairs are completed on existing systems, and development and troubleshooting involving the appropriate corporate partner (Information Systems Division, vendor, Logistics Regional and Divisional Systems Manager).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Assessment & Authorization (A&A), and NIST RMF processes.

Construction Quality Manager

What You’ll Do

You'll work individually and with teams to ensure compliance with established quality assurance procedures and take required action to ensure the quality of the construction deliverables. Provide quality control review, identify sources of error, and refine the construction management process. You will help our teams make critical changes to improve their performance and improve client satisfaction.

• Administer the Construction Quality Management System. Participate in construction project kickoffs, track checklist completion, audit projects, ensure the quality program is updated with lessons learned and facilitate monthly quality management reviews.
• Guide the delivery and development of large scale and comprehensive project execution quality plans. Provide technical quality reviews, resolve engineering coordination problems and work on multidisciplinary projects.
• Work closely with Construction team to identify processes, procedures, and control measures through which you’ll monitor quality performance and ensure projects follow the correct protocol.
• Develop and formalize construction quality management system (QMS) processes and procedures.
• Work with the project management team on the set-up and implementation of key processes and application methods.
• Collaborate with engineering with regards to specification driven quality requirements.
• Support project sites in confirming quality metrics are consistently tracked and reported.
• Proactively communicate quality opportunities with project sites that do not have day-to-day onsite quality support, including issues or concerns to the project management team.

• 10 years of related experience managing and implementing quality related activities and processes for construction.

The team

• Build, implement, and maintain process improvements, key initiatives, projects, and tasks, as assigned.

• Coordinate and support ETQ Reliance Software based on Global Compliance Direction.

• Deploy effective root cause analysis enterprise-wide.

• Prepare, conduct, and offer necessary recommendation training on quality assurance concepts and tools, as requested.

• Consult with Sales on viability and capabilities of new products including; understand product workflow from start to finish, review design process and ensure finished good(s) meets written expectations/specifications as it relates to customer specifications.

• Lead Complaint Investigation efforts, including managing weekly meetings and reviewing prior to closure.

• Conduct periodic review of complaint process, audit program, and related quality programs.

• Support validation program.

Position Overview:

An exciting role exists for a Control System Engineer, specializing in Vehicle Dynamics within the Powered Vehicles Group (PVG) Advanced Development Team at FOX. The Advanced Development Team creates, develops and implements new technologies for a range of FOX markets including automobiles, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and future transportation modes. The team also functions as a resource for technical capabilities such as hardware/software/electronics prototyping, data analysis and computer simulation for the overall organization. As a result, the Advance Development Team works collaboratively with all PVG business groups.
 

The candidate will be instrumental in the development of innovative concepts and next generation IP. Being part of a small team he or she must be a creative, forward thinker that is dedicated to advancing the technological capabilities of FOX. The candidate must also demonstrate a relevant and highly motivated work history.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• BS/MS in Mechanical, Physics or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 8 years as an engineer in automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, or equivalent industry
