• You will maintain the centralized property and acquisition databases.
• You will resolve material support problems to include reprioritizing acquisition workload data.
• You will serve as the Government Purchase Card accountable official with pecuniary liability for any erroneous purchase card reconciliations and payments.

• You will be responsible for providing oversight of MSC’s Worldwide Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program for nearly 300 personnel acting in the role of cardholders (CHs) and Approving Officials (AOs) for Afloat and Ashore accounts.
• You will be responsible for acting as an Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the GCPC program for cardholders and AOs to ensure that regulations and policies are reviewed to minimize fraud, waste, and abuse with purchase cards.
• You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on GCPC matters to program stakeholders such as AOs and CHs at all MSC locations.
• You will be responsible for serving as an administrator who oversees training and enforces use of USBank, Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Joint Appointment Module (PIEE/JAM) mandated for use by DoD, DoN and MSC policies and procedures.
• You will be responsible for maintaining liaison with MSC legal counsel ensuring that all policies and compliance issues with possible legal ramifications are coordinated with the legal counsel.

Key Role:

Job Description:

The Procurement Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and presenting Procurement metrics, supplier spend, and assist in identifying additional sourcing opportunities.  The Analyst will audit and track compliance of projected savings and report on anomalies found in the process. The Procurement Operations Analyst will also be responsible for providing trend forecasts and industry reporting to the Procurement team as well as other internal business groups.  Up to 5% travel.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in efforts to negotiate and author contract renewals, amendments, addendums, terminations, and rebates
• Maintains contract database, tracks key contract milestones, and provides reporting related to existing contracts
• Meets with suppliers regularly and partners with stakeholders to find new ways to create value in existing contracts
• Monitors and reports on compliance to pricing and service level agreements throughout the contract life-cycle
• Assists in supplier onboarding and minimizes risk and supply chain disruption during the implementation process
• Serves as a point of escalation for stakeholders and suppliers when contractual issues arise and/or performance declines
• Maintain vendor database, validate registration and accuracy of vendor profiles
• Oversee pricing updates and schedules changes for Operations, A&D, Construction and other key stakeholders
• Implements supplier agreements negotiated by the Sourcing team as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from 4-year College or University in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in business analysis, procurement, and/or supply chain management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in reporting tools, specifically PowerBI or similar platforms
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other Business Intelligence Software
• ERP (Workday specifically) experience is a plus

Position Overview:

Amcor’s procurement function is strengthening its future-ready operating model to accelerate serving our customer with sustainable packaging solutions through digitalization over the next 5 years. Amcor expects this people leader to strengthen our highly engaged and consistently outperforming global digital procurement operations team to be groomed into future Amcor leaders via a balance of coaching and mentoring techniques. The Procurement Manager - Digital Transformation is a business/functional role for a tech-savvy supply chain leader. The role will develop the vision and drive the functional digital strategy to transform procurement’s operating model. That vision is envisioned to be achieved through (re)design and blueprinting of procurement processes where necessary, creating an end-to-end Digital Procurement suite across source to pay processes. The leader will be responsible for working directly with the 3rd party technology platform providers and other internal business partners to manage the scope and deliverables of the enablement process. Leadership and communication with all levels of the organization and global/local suppliers will be required.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop vision, strategy and manage delivery of digital transformation programs

• Develop the vision and create mid and long-term strategy for the digitalization of the procurement function.
• Understand established and emerging new digital technologies and defines how they could be applicable to transform procurement processes and ways of working (AI, Robotics and Automation, Predictive analytics, etc)
• Scout, understand and maintain up to date knowledge of digital procurement developments and solutions (including solutions coming from startups as well as established suppliers)
• Develop user cases and drive scalability and adoption across the procurement organization.
• Ensure projects and programs are delivered in accordance with timelines and budgets.
• Provide input to the procurement data strategy, data model, governance and processes for effective enablement of digital transformation.
• Continually understand Procurement and key stakeholders’ expectations related to systems, processes and technology.
• Tracking budget and ROI for transformation Initiatives.
• Lead the implementation of digital solutions working closely with IT, Global Master Data and Analytics, Procurement Operations and Category Leaders, Operations and Finance stakeholders.
• Develop digital learning journeys so procurement employees can develop themselves further

Managing implementation and updates to global Source to Pay solution

• Manage P2P solutions components-catalogs, Supplier onboarding, features Enhancements.
• Collaborate with the design and modeling of global source to pay process and business systems conceptual architectures for delivery, capturing requirements, development, and support of projects.
• Manage identification and implementation of supplier catalog improvements with the objective of continually driving spend reductions. Area of focus will be correct pricing, SKU availability and master data accuracy.
• Manage projects to support catalog growth and drive spend management, as well as participate in team projects to ensure contracted pricing is captured appropriately to facilitate catalog set up and ordering.
• Build and maintain internal catalogs and lead discussions with suppliers to support the category leaders; ensure quality, completeness and accuracy of information on catalogs such as unit price, SKUs.

Data and Advanced Analytics skills

• Hands-on experience with big data, cloud analytics, master data and visualization concepts
• Desired experience with MS Azure
• Demonstrated effectiveness using Blueprism RPA, Microsoft PowerBI, SAP BW and SAP MDG suites
• Expert level experience with MS Suite - Outlook, Teams, Project, Vizio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Data Extraction: Ability to extract and query data from systems
• Data Validation: Knowledge of and ability to understand and resolve data inconsistencies or variances
• Ability to access, analyze and use information in a manner that adds value to the organization; ability to propose system enhancements based upon business needs

• Specifically, must meet the following requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a large, fast-paced, complex multi-location manufacturing organization
  • 10+ years of people managerial experience working in Procurement or Supply Chain Management functions
  • 10+ years of budgeting, planning and complex program management experience, PMP certification is highly desired
  • 10+ years’ experience in leading development of procurement technology solutions and implementing advanced sourcing methodologies
  • 10+ years if relevant business functional experience of implementing procurement transformation
  • 10+ years functional expertise in SAP modules - Materials Management, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance and related concepts -info records, source lists, material & vendor master data, MRP.
