The Team
The Inventory Data Analyst role sits in the Central Supply Chain / Technical Operations team at Mundipharma. The role will be accountable for the Global inventory analytics and proactively managing key results by managing and tracking around $150M of inventory, reporting of related KPIs, providing variance analysis and actively delivering inventory balancing initiatives.
Role and responsibilities
- Reporting and close review of the global inventory results
- Reporting of related KPI’s and providing variance analysis
- Support with the partnering with the functions to report the inventory budget and monthly rolling projection
- Interpret inventory management financial results to management including variances and the recommendations
- Supporting Inventory related projects and their implementation, Support the identification of savings through Central Supply Chain
- In-depth statistical analysis using advanced techniques to support a wide variety of business initiatives such as customer segmentation or behavioural models
- Proactively mines data warehouses to identify trends and patterns and generates insights for business units and senior leadership
- Creates interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with statutory duties, regulation and legislation. Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for Quality management, health and safety, legal, Code of Business Ethics, environmental policies and general duty of care.
- Ensure compliance with GxP related activities.
What you’ll bring
- Experience with descriptive analytics, statistical analysis, modelling segmentation, and data mining using large databases
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
- Proficiency in data science and analytics tools/platforms
- Ability to synthesise and clearly communicate large volumes of complex information to senior management of various technical understandings
- Excellent organisation, multitasking, prioritisation, and deadline management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of statistical methods and techniques such as predictive modelling, segmentation, and regression
- Ability to collaborate and excel in complex, cross-functional teams involving data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders
- Mathematical/statistical abilities to perform data gathering, quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- End to End Supply Chain experience would be advantageous
- Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous
