CPM have a great opportunity working on behalf of ASDA, £28-32k per annum- DOE, 37.5 hrs per week Mon-Friday and a great benefits package!
The in-store communications team create and execute compelling POS marketing and experiential campaigns for our Supermarkets, Superstores and Express stores. The media is planned to drive basket spend, engage customers, and add shopper satisfaction
As our Branded Instore Media Planner, you will work with the In-store Communications team to coordinate the delivery of POS & experiential campaigns across a variety of campaigns, whilst carrying out team administration to keep all activity visible and ensure effective implementation at store.
Excellent communication skills are essential for the role along with experience working alongside design and print agencies and/or having experience in a similar marketing role.

What will I be doing?
- Landing in-store customer communications in line with Masterbrand, Commercial & Customer plans.
- Delivering in-store communications that drive value cut through, reaffirm low prices & drive quality reappraisal across POS toolkit & Masterbrand, & Branded POS.
- Support in the execution of specific in-store communications packages that support investment from Brands into Asda Events, developing a cohesive customer journey, with full retail engagement.
- Support in the execution of in-store communications packages, delivering against key customer & commercial propositions.
- Support transformation of POS processes to maximise efficiency, minimise waste, deliver business plans and improve quality perceptions.
- You'll liaise with internal teams (LS Eleven/Traders) and external stakeholders (print/design & experiential agencies), and will be responsible for delivering and checking activity bookings and artwork to ensure the brief is answered with minimum amends.
- Management of all activity through weekly reporting on critical paths - keeping all stakeholders informed on Red, Amber, Green projects and identifying key trends to fix common issues. Whilst ensuring timely sign offs, to agreed guidelines & templates
- Accountability to bring in activity to agreed budgets & executing campaigns in the most cost-efficient way.
- Keeping toolkits and guidelines up to date and accurate
- Working "hand in hand" with the retail operations teams to ensure that what is created can be landed right first time & is the right thing for our stores
- Ensure all activity is legally compliant by attending legal surgeries to ensure all brand communication/competitions are approved
- Provide strong leadership which role models Asda Beliefs and demonstrates cultural awareness
