• You will extract and analyze production data and provide recommendations and solutions to the senior production program specialist for assigned programs.
• You will coordinate work with various support codes and trade shops, who are responsible for execution of production tasks.

As a Production Controller (Title 32), GS-1152-07, you perform the below duties:

1. Establishes plans, schedules, and controls the maintenance and repair of a variety of vehicles and equipment such as combat vehicles, heavy-duty engineering and mobile equipment, tracked vehicles, towed and self-propelled artillery, communications and electronic equipment, guided missile systems, and small arms. Implements maintenance plans and monitors progress of accomplishments.
2. Studies directives, modification work orders, and regulations as to their application in the unit. Assists supervisory personnel in determining impact of these requirements on shop capability. Modifies production planning to accommodate these requirements.
3. Designates and maintains current maintenance repair priorities by Force Activity Designator, pacing items, Equipment Readiness Codes (ERC) A, B, and C equipment type, available funds, commander's priority, state/national priorities, (in the case of floods, fires, and mobilizations) and unit supported.
4. Provides assistance to ensure that Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTO&E) or Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) reportable Line-Item Numbers (LIN) are properly managed, reported and accounted for with respect to readiness reports, property accountability reports and system management. Based on guidance received from the supervisor or higher graded production controller, prioritizes resources to ensure the highest level of readiness in support of training and mobilization requirements of supported units.
5. Analyzes repair methods and recommends control procedures to ensure that accomplishment of programs meet priorities and deadlines established by higher authority or support activities.
6. In the absence of the higher graded production controller, ensures that unit CL IX accounts are funded, budgeted, and executed to maximize readiness; and performs demand analysis on CL IX expenses to determine proper PLL stock to sustain facility mission requirements.
7. May provide day-to-day technical guidance to lower-graded personnel assisting in the maintenance production or maintenance management processes. Ensures necessary maintenance records are maintained and required reports are submitted to units and higher headquarters' in a timely manner.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

• You will coordinate and accomplish planning, estimating, design specification preparation, and scheduling.
• You will conduct the arrival conference, weekly progress conferences, and represent MARMC at all conferences pertaining to the assigned availability and contracts.

• You will be responsible for the overall integration of the production effort including but not limited to, the overhaul/repair of aircraft, engines, components, accessories, support equipment nd Calibration LAB
• You will manage a comprehensive, data-driven performance measurement framework to continually evaluate the status and progress of production-related activities by participating in daily production meetings and walk-arounds.
• You will provide direction to all program supervisors and to other personnel directly assigned or identified to support the product.
• You will plan work to be accomplished based on priorities and coordinates shared capacity.
• You will ensure that decision making within the team does not sub-optimize overall FRC-SW operations.
• You will give advice, counsel or instruction to assigned personnel.

• You will review requests for construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, replacement, and other services while analyzing project data and work requirements.
• You will track and monitor the status, progress, and completion of work through the MAXIMO system.
• You will schedule projects, perform cost accounting, and track work orders for both in-house and contract execution.
• You will generate performance and metrics information by developing reports, spreadsheets, graphs, etc., relating to production.

• You will direct the development of comprehensive product plans to ensure fulfillment of quality, schedule, cost and performance requirements.
• You will oversee the planning, direction, and timely execution of industrial operations management support programs.
• You will coordinate with Production Control and the Master Scheduler to ensure processes are in place to efficiently and effectively prioritize and schedule assigned product line workload.
• You will identify actual or potential problems area and initiate or direct corrective action to ensure the application of sound management practices and procedures.
