What you will be doing as a Production Manager?

- Meet the production plan for the area by ensuring asset availability and collaborating with systems optimisation, water quality and the production technical team.
- Monitor, report and act against key performance indicators (KPIs) for the reliability and resilience of our asset base, the capability of our people and the sustainable operation of our sites and network.
- Lead a collaborative and capable team that inherently drives performance, enhancing employee engagement and promoting a strong health and safety culture.
- Ensure your team have the capacity, capability, competence and confidence to undertake their tasks and activities. What you should bring to the role?

- Demonstrable operational process management experience.
- Knowledge and/or experience of water or waste treatment processes.
- Strong leadership, people and performance management skills.
- You will have a passion for driving positive behaviours within your team and across the site.
- Experience with managing H&S in a site-based or industrial environment. NEBOSH or IOSH qualification, or equivalent is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise.
- You will be able to deliver against stretching operational targets and must be commercially astute.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal are essential for the role.
- You will demonstrate confidence to present to and influence Leaders in the organisation at all levels and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

- Due to the nature of the role A valid UK driving licence is required to travel to different sites.

Job Summary:

A Production Test Engineer at Teledyne interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. They identify functional problems and suggest resolutions. They also assist in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Analyzes test processes and provides regular progress reports. They are responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the methods and processes related to the manufacture and test of ground robots. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the manufacturing process in relation to test, through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Review proposed engineering changes, prepare drawing changes on released production materials, proactively initiating design improvements.
• Transfer engineering design requirements into formal manufacturing process documentation.
• Create End-to-End Manufacturing Test Plans/Strategy for an entire product lines defining goals, objectives, timelines, and requirements.
• Perform DFx analysis at all levels of design, identifying opportunities for assembly improvement and cost reduction.
• Document test procedures, test specifications, and acceptance criteria for new and existing products.
• Support the implementation of smart manufacturing including leading the transition of all test related processes.

• BSEE or BTEE or equivalent required.

Customizable, flexible solutions optimize and manage end-to-end laboratory operations, to serve over 500 customers in biopharma, pharmaceutical, educational, industrial, and high-tech industries. Our teams of Lean Six Sigma-certified Business Process Consultants identify optimal workflows, and expert personnel perform vital yet non-core lab work in general, technical, and production capacities. We return time back to science so customers can focus on what they do best - from discovery to delivery.

Actively partner with executives and operating teams to continuously provide critical information, unbiased facts, risks and opportunities, and ownership/championing of action planning to enhance growth and operating results across all three geographic regions (Americas, Europe, and AMEA. Relentlessly provide controllership guidance ensuring absolute financial integrity. Works on highly complex assignments with extensive latitude for independent judgment.

What we’re looking for:
 

Education:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field from an accredited college or university; Graduate degree preferred, but not required

Experience:

• 8+ years experience in finance or accounting related fields
   

Certification(s):

• Six Sigma or Lean training helpful, but not required

• Prepares and reviews on an ongoing basis the profitability by customer.  .  Provides recommendations to increase profitability.
• Reviews and develops the financial justification for various capital or operating investments.
• Ensures business activities and processes comply with applicable laws and/or US GAAP.
• Actively participates and co-leads team on customer proposal/RFQ process/pricing strategy.
• Facilitates, expedites and resolves a variety of financial/reporting issues/questions raised by the business area or operating team.
• Assists in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.  Recommends best practices based upon analytical review of factual data.

Position Overview

The Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) is a strategic role in the sales organization that directly works with large manufacturing customers and their ecosystem consisting of manufacturing owners, engineering service and equipment / subsystem providers, subcontractors, trade associations and their supply chain.

The work of a BDE falls into two broad categories, "fueling growth" with our largest named accounts through industry expertise and "scaling growth" through business programs across industry sectors. You will influence the decision makers at our largest clients and with the owners of projects and puts Autodesk in the middle of our customers' supply chains, positively affecting named accounts, mid-market, and territory clients.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Business Development D&M & Automotive.

Responsibilities

• Develop new growth opportunities and markets for Autodesk for the focus sub-industries

• Influence customers' business initiatives and decision-makers through industry expertise

• Develop relationships with executive-level / senior-level customers and other target personas

• Translate customer business initiatives, challenges, and opportunities into unique value for Autodesk

• Perform as the trusted advisor on "Digital Transformation" of industry processes and represent Autodesk, Autodesk technology, and Autodesk interests with customers, industry associations, Autodesk events, and conferences

• Develop ecosystem strategic programs to influence the customers of our customers, their supply chains and the wider ecosystem

• Assist Autodesk customer teams in achieving growth and revenue targets with our customers, work with sales and technical sales teams, Autodesk Consulting and customer success managers on identifying and qualifying opportunities

• Responsibility for developing repeatable plays and insights to the Named Account and Territory sales teams

• Partner with Autodesk Industry Strategy, Product teams and Government Affairs teams and provides valuable information for mid and long-term strategy

• Engage with our most strategic and influential customers to build relationships, credibility and influence senior customer decision makers, usually within the C-Suite

• Collaborate with Autodesk teams, customers, their supply chain and other ecosystem players to grow Autodesk footprint

• Lead Global Business Development's Programs within the manufacturing sub-industry ecosystem of focus

• Represent Autodesk in industry and trade associations and events and be the voice of customer and industry internally at Autodesk

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience working in a high growth manufacturing sub-industry (ex: semiconductor) in capital projects and sales or business development experience

• Excellent understanding of the manufacturing facility lifecycle from design to operations and that of technology trends in the Manufactring & AECO industry

• Knowledge of typical customer pain points associated with the industry associated technology solutions

• Experienced with and able to present digital transformation and platform use cases

• Experienced in establishing relationship with prospects at multiple levels of a client organization, including C level

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $148,200 and $239,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
