Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities related to building fabric, including repairs, refurbishments, and installations.

The key duties of the position include:

• Mechanical maintenance of Electrical / Mechanical and Building Services Infrastructure and facilities.
• Assisting with monitoring and testing duties.
