Purpose and Scope

Scrutinize and review major investments and advise on legal risk in industrial parks, ready built factories/warehouses (RBF/RBW) and commercial and residential property projects including M&A / divestments, corporate restructuring, leases and other contracting requirements for day-to-day business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Advising on Joint Venture matters (including JV governance).

What you will be doing:

Strategy and Advisory

• Overall responsibility for legal matters and managing audax’s legal requirements.

Full Time Faculty, Tenure Track Position (open rank) in Sustainability, School of Social Sciences (SOSS)

Established in 2007, the SMU School of Social Sciences (SOSS) provides high quality undergraduate and graduate education expanding SMU’s pedagogical strategy to the study of society, government, and individuals embedded within an increasingly complex world. With faculty expertise and research spanning the disciplines of psychology, political science, sociology, and philosophy, SOSS’s research covers key thematic areas such as international development, policy and politics, Southeast Asian studies, social movements, and sustainability. The School aspires to make a significant and lasting contribution across sectors through its integrative approach to the study of social issues.

Sustainabilityforms a core research priority for SMU under its Vision 2025 research strategy. Sustainability is also a key focus for SOSS for our undergraduate program in Sustainable Societies as well as the Master of Sustainability (MST) launched in 2024. The new position will form a key part of the plans to consolidate the School of Social Science’s interdisciplinary contribution to research and teaching in sustainability.

Position:

The School of Social Sciences (SOSS) invites applications for an open rank (Assistant, Associate, Full Professor) tenure track position in Sustainability, with a specific focus on environmental policy and governance, sustainable development, or environmental sociology to begin in July of 2025. The School is particularly interested in environmental social scientists with an established research and teaching repertoire or high potential for scholarly work on topics related to sustainability, including collaborative governance, the water-energy-food nexus, natural resource management, climate institutions and partnerships, and sustainability governance and analytics. Those with a research focus involving Asia are especially encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate a high level of social science research excellence, appropriate to the rank of position to which they are applying.

Singapore Management University is committed to an interdisciplinary and integrated curriculum, providing opportunities to work with faculty across the social sciences. The research support is excellent, and salary and benefits are highly competitive. The teaching load is relatively light and undergraduate classes are capped at no more than 45 students.

Experience:

Applicants must have -

· A PhD. in public policy, sociology, or a closely related field.

· A record of internationally excellent research at the intersection of environmental sustainability, society, and policy.

· Teaching experience related to sustainability data perspectives, environment and society, infrastructure for sustainable development or environmental policy and governance.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Information Security Analyst/Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising, assisting, and implementing information security programs for our clients using frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and Cyber Trust Mark, in addition you will also be involve in overseeing the implementation of security solutions to assist clients in improving their information security and cyber security posture. You will work closely with clients to assess their security needs, develop robust security strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and are expected to manage client’s requirements and expectations during the consulting process helping them to achieve ISO/IEC 27001:2022 or Cyber Trust Mark Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory and Consultation: Provide pre-sales support, expert advice and consultation to clients on information security practices and strategies.
• Framework Implementation: Assist clients in developing and implementing information security programs using frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and Cyber Trust Mark.
• Security Assessments: Conduct comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Policy Development: Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines for clients.
• Compliance and Auditing: Ensure client compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements through regular audits and assessments.
• Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and manage information security risks for clients.
• Incident Response: Assist clients in developing incident response plans and provide support during security incidents.
• Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness about information security best practices among client employees.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field and minimum 3 years of experience in IT or Cyber Security field.
• Certifications: Good to have certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, Certified Ethical Hacker.
• Experience: Proven experience in information security consulting, with a focus on implementing security frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001:2022, NIST, CSA Star and CIS.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of information security principles, standards, and best practices.
• Project management: Understanding of stakeholder management and managing project lifecycle.
