• Execute legal proceedings as instructed by supervisor ranging from information gathering to liaising with the solicitors to ensure the progress is on schedule and on the right track
• Review all legal documents of the Company vetted by solicitors
• Preferred with knowledge of perusal of commercial contract
• Follow-up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption in professional and integrity way
• Keep good filing works of the legal documents

• Diploma in Legal Studies is highly preferred, or equivalent qualifications, as well as HKQF level 3
• At least 2 years of legal working experience in litigation and/ or conveyancing matters or relevant field
• Possess knowledge in legal documents including but not limited to court documents (i.e. pleadings, judgement and legal research), land search, mortgage and discharge
• Self-motivated, attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer

The Security Operations Engineer is responsible for the deployment, configuration, management, and maintenance of security solutions in our organization, ensuring that the organization's security systems are functioning correctly and that any vulnerabilities are identified and addressed. You will work closely with your IT colleagues to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's infrastructure and act as guardians of the IT estate. 
 

Responsibilities 

The responsibilities of the Security Operations Engineer include: 

• Deploying and configuring security solutions such as firewalls,intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software 
• Monitoring security systems to identify and respond to security incidents 
• Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing 
• Developing and implementing security policies and procedures 
• Investigating security incidents and developing remediation plans 
• Providing technical guidance and support to other IT professionals
